The signage for the black water disposal should be clearer as I witnessed more than one person tipping into the grey water area and using the water tank filler hose to rinse out their cassette toilet- NOT HYGENIC !!!

喜欢 Die Lage ist gut.

不喜欢 Der Sanitärcontainer war leider eine echte Zumutung. Am ersten Abend mussten wir erst einmal warten, bis wir duschen konnten, da der Abfluss verstopft war und zunächst die Leitung geöffnet werden musste. Auch die Duschvorhänge waren alles andere als sauber.

Dazu kamen unsere Campingnachbarn, die bis tief in die Nacht hinein laut waren. Selbst gegen 2:00 Uhr wurde noch die Abwaschstation genutzt – mit lautem Reden, Lachen und Musik. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass die Betreiber selbst auf dem Campingplatz übernachteten und trotzdem nichts unternahmen, um für etwas mehr Ruhe zu sorgen.

来自经理: We’re sorry to hear that these aspects of your stay were disappointing. Peace and tranquillity are extremely important to us, and noise of the kind you describe at 2:00 a.m. is absolutely not something we would normally tolerate at our campsite.

We have spoken with our onsite manager, who confirmed that unfortunately he was not aware of the disturbance during the night. Had he heard it or been alerted, he would have intervened immediately and asked the guests concerned to respect the quiet hours. We only wish we had known at the time — guests can ring the onsite bell or contact us if there is a disturbance, precisely so that we can deal with situations like this straight away.

Regarding the sanitary facilities, the bathroom unit is actually less than a year old. Unfortunately, we do occasionally experience blocked drains, most commonly when wet wipes or other unsuitable items are flushed despite notices asking guests not to do so. We’re pleased that on this occasion we were able to resolve the blockage quickly.

The shower curtains are also cleaned and replaced regularly. As they are white, they can unfortunately develop some yellowing over time, but we have taken your comments on board and will review their condition again.

来自经理: HI Nancy. It's a shame you didn't review the photos before booking as they are an exact representation of what you will find at our site. We don't claim to be everyone's cup of tea, but what we have created here is a peaceful, natural oasis, just 3.5 km's from the historic center of Malaga City. The bathroom and shower units are 6 months old and were quite an investment. It seems you are not aware, but on rural land, permanent structures are not permitted. Regardless, the washroom facilities are spacious, private and very nice in our opinion. If you were looking for a concrete jungle like most of the park-ups, we are most definitely not your place. For you to say that it's not a nice part of Malaga is just completely false. We are at the entry to the Montes de Malaga, a natural park. The famous La Trapeolla restaurant is across the street and highly sought after retirement living ´Residencia Santa Clara´ is just behind us.

喜欢 Very friendly and helpful staff. Good clean but basic facilities. Road in is rough but ok for regular camper vans. Close proximity pitches. A 10 euro/15 minute taxi ride into central Malaga which the staff are happy to arrange for you at short notice.

来自经理: Hello. Thank you for your comments. You are correct. We do not have pitches large enough to accommodate and 8.5 meter motorhome with a 4 meter trailer. Our total maximum is 9 meters. The entry road is gravel and on a 12% inclination. While the road is well-maintained, if you are not a confident driver, we don't advise booking .

喜欢 Lovely reception by Dani. Nice being up in the hills of Malaga. The site is lovely, access is ok , but just drive carefully and slowly. Overall great place , and only an hours walk to the Castillo then 15 minutes to the bottom of the Alcazar and main access to the centre . Taxi back €7-8 euros , saves the uphill walk and worth it .

喜欢 Location was good as only a 35 to 40 min walk into Malaga.
On site staff very polite and worked hard keeping the 2 toilets and 2 showers as clean as possible, quite a challenge for them given the amount of people on site.

不喜欢 Infrastructure of site could barely cope with amount of vehicles allowed in. Electricity from sites solar panels not enough for the demand and constantly tripped .
No proper hiking/dog walking direct from site and no views over Malaga unless you have a drone . Price too high for what was on offer. Far too many vans and motorhomes crammed onto site.

Usually during the week we are much more calm, but weekends can get busy depending on the time of year! Our pitches are varying in size and are allocated by the dimensions of your vehicle. We don't allow more vehicles than pitches available and if you don't like your allocated pitch we are happy to move you as soon as one becomes available. But with only 25 pitches, we book up fast! We are located just at the entrance of "Montes de Malaga' so plenty of hiking in the area! And we even have a dog park on site!
