Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location, but we are sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations.

We take your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilets seriously and will look into them with the relevant teams. We are aware that the cleanliness of the toilets is an important part of a pleasant stay. As for the barrier, it is important to provide the correct number plate upon arrival; otherwise, it will not operate correctly. Reception is on hand to assist you with any queries or malfunctions. We’ll be happy to look into the problem and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. There’s also a bell at each barrier which you can ring in the event of any problems or malfunctions. The barrier is closed between 11 pm and 6 am to ensure peace and quiet at night, when driving within the campsite is prohibited. In this case, you can leave your car in the designated car park nearby and re-enter in the morning.

We also understand your concerns regarding the seawater swimming pool and the value for money. As the campsite is close to the sea, the pool water is seawater and is treated accordingly. However, we realise that not all guests are happy with this arrangement.

喜欢 La proximité immediate de la mer. La disponibilité du personnel (installation et desinstallation rapide). La proximité de commerces et du bus pour Koper. Très arboré.

不喜欢 La piscine est à l eau de mer traitée au chlore : très agressif. Aucun toboggan. Le prix très élevé (350€ pour 3 nuits en camping car). Probablement car nous avons réservé tardivement. Activités payantes (mini golf, jumpy, tennis, wellness très cher !) + vidange caissette payante.

We are delighted that you enjoyed the immediate proximity to the sea, the friendliness and responsiveness of our staff, the easy access to shops and bus links, and the pleasant shade provided by the many trees. The campsite is situated in a Mediterranean oasis, dominated by pine trees that provide pleasant shade.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the swimming pool facilities, particularly the lack of a water slide and the way the water is treated. We will take your comments into account when planning future facilities.

We also understand your concerns regarding prices and additional charges. Accommodation prices do not vary depending on the date or occupancy levels. Prices are not higher for late bookings, but this does affect the choice of pitches (the later you book, the fewer options you have for choosing a pitch). With regard to individual additional services, we strive to maintain quality and ensure appropriate conditions for their provision. Emptying the waste tank is only charged if you wish to have the chemical toilet cassette cleaned; all other services are free of charge (tank refilling, grey water discharge, removal of the chemical toilet).

喜欢 La grande piscine.

不喜欢 Emplacement petit et très serré avec les voisins.
Les sanitaires n'étaient pas propres ( cigarettes dans les WC, moucherons plein les lavabos).
Fonctionnement de la douche pas pratique car il faut badger avec sa montre bleue pour avoir de l'eau.
Bacs à vaisselle en plein soleil.
L'accès à la mer sur du béton.
Vue sur le port industriel.

We’ve taken your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilets seriously and will look into them with our team. We also understand your concerns regarding the size of the pitches, their proximity to neighbouring guests and the space for washing up. We strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness, but during the peak season this is extremely difficult to guarantee, as it can happen that an area is cleaned one moment and is dirty again the next. As we are an eco-campsite and water is a precious resource, we wish to encourage guests to use the showers in a more eco-friendly manner. Due to the large number of external visitors, we wish to restrict the use of the toilet blocks to campsite guests only. For this reason, our guests are provided with wristbands to identify them as campsite guests. Use of the showers is unlimited for campsite guests; the only restriction is the water supply itself, for the sake of environmental efficiency.

Certain features of our site, such as the concrete access to the sea and the layout of the pitches, are part of the campsite’s layout and, unfortunately, cannot be changed. Nevertheless, we want our guests’ experience to be as pleasant as possible. The campsite is situated right by the sea; on one side it overlooks the harbour, whilst on the other it offers views of Italy and the open sea.

We are sorry that you were disappointed given the price and your experiences at other campsites. Your feedback is important to us, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.

不喜欢 La piscine a base d'eau salée et avec des matières douteuses au fond pas très agréable
La situation bien que sur la cote adriatique les plages ont vues sur le port de commerce de slovénie avec le passage sans cesse de portes containers pétroliers et autres et les flux de mazout qui vont avec
Le systeme de douche à badge trop court et un peu compliqué quand on a pas le bracelet en permanence
Les parcelles non délimitées

不喜欢 Poloho kempu je dost nešťastná, výhled na přístav s kontajnery. V noci to hučí jak tovarna. Moře ani pristup do něj také nic moc. Podruhé bych si tento kemp nevybrala.

We’re sorry that the location of the camp and the view of the harbour didn’t quite meet your expectations. Our campsite truly has a view on the harbour on one side and on the other side there is a beautiful view on Italy. We’re sorry that the noise at night affected your stay. Saddly, we can not have any influence on that.

We are also aware that the sea and access to it are an important part of every guest’s holiday, so we are sorry that this aspect of our offering did not meet your expectations. We do make different improvements every year, but not every decision brings a positive feedback.
