添加您的业务详细信息A private beach for your Liguria holiday? It might sound like the preserve of a fancy hotel, but in fact it’s part of the great-value deal at Camping Delfino, right by the coast of the Gallinara Island Natural Park.
Having that beach just a couple of minutes’ stroll away is a highlight here, but it’s certainly not the only selling point of this attractive park, which is filled with centuries-old plane trees, olive trees, lime trees and oaks, along with lush lawns and flower meadows. It’s all got the atmosphere of a secluded seaside oasis, but in fact urban life is not far off, as the centre of Albenga is about five minutes’ drive away for attractions, shops and places to eat.
That said, you actually won’t have to go that far for something to eat or drink, as the site has its own restaurant, pizzeria and bar, along with a mini market and communal barbecues for those going down the self-catering route.Other facilities on site include kids’ games, a campervan service area, toilets and hot showers.
Wondering about the site’s name? Well, that’s a reference to the nearby sea being an international cetacean sanctuary – and unsurprisingly, whale and dolphin-watching excursions are popular activities around here. If you’d like to join one to see the marine mammals for yourself, have a chat with reception staff who are on hand 24 hours a day to help you book trips (with a discount for Camping Delfino guests). They’ve also got info on other outings along the coast or inland, and can help you book bus tickets too.

当地景点
A sea safari, in search of whales and dolphins, is a very special way to spend a day – and you can also see other sea life such as turtles on snorkel trips. If you’re not lucky – or if you’re particularly keen on aquatic life – there’s much more to see at the Aquarium of Genoa (an hour’s drive away, or accessible by train), the biggest aquarium in Europe.
This coast is spectacular above the waves too – and one of the best ways to see some of it is a walk on the Via Julia Augusta, an ancient Roman road that passes just above the site and has great views over the Gallinara Island Natural Park. Inland, some of the finest views around are at Toirano Cave (20 minutes), where you can take guided tours to see cave paintings and prehistoric footprints as well as intriguing rock formations.
For other days out, you might like to swish down the waterslide at Aquatic Park Le Caravelle (10 minutes) or just take a stroll around Albenga, looking out for the 12 medieval towers and visiting the Roman Ships Museum.
