Camping Le Grand Jardin

喜欢 We were allocated a pitch with good electric hookup, alongside the fence and overlooking the fishing area, it was level and large. Facilities were immaculately clean. Reception was welcoming and informative. It was an easy, 20 minute walk into the town and 5 more minutes to a beautiful beach. We found great restaurants and there were interesting places to visit.

不喜欢 Water was located outside the services block, so we needed to fill up before parking. Toilet emptying was close by. We never found the grey water disposal drain.

喜欢 Very nice pitch with plenty of room to set up our caravan and awning. Friendly staff who were very polite. Nice swimming pool and complex.
Easy cycle ride to the supermarket in Norte Dame de Monts which had everything we needed. Sanitaire was not too far away and was always very clean.
The site is well laid out, screened with trees, hedgerows and consists mainly of chalets with pitches for Motorhome sand caravans dotted around.
There is a restaurant annexed to the main entrance but we didn’t use it for food.
The whole area is very flat with much to explore, lovely sandy beaches with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lovely cycle tracks through the forest.

不喜欢 We had no dislikes but the one inconvenience was the long drag to the second sanitaire to empty our toilet cassette. This was the only place in the camp consisting of a small cover which you had to remove to access the sewer and no water outlet was provided to rinse with. We used a watering can and filled up from one of the sinks.

喜欢 Camping calme - accueil chaleureux - personnel souriant - coin pêche - sanitaire propre - emplacement proche des sanitaires et de la pêche - piscine couverte - plage et restaurant proche - chemin pour les balades en vélo très agréable.

不喜欢 Réception fermée à notre arrivée, après une longue route nous avons du attendre l'heure d'ouverture de celle ci pour avoir l'accès. Il faudrait peut-être le signaler dans le mail de confirmation.
Seulement 2 douches et un wc.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme du camping, l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté des sanitaires, ainsi que la piscine couverte et les nombreux atouts de notre emplacement — entre plage, restaurant, coin pêche et chemins de balade à vélo.

Concernant votre arrivée, nous comprenons tout à fait que, après un long trajet, l’attente ait pu être inconfortable. Un mail de confirmation vous a été envoyé le 28/06 précisant que l’accès au camping est possible à partir de 15h, mais nous allons veiller à rendre cette information encore plus visible à l’avenir.

En ce qui concerne les sanitaires, effectivement, le bloc situé en haut est de taille plus modeste, mais n’hésitez pas à utiliser le second, plus spacieux et tout à fait accessible à l’ensemble des vacanciers.
