Of course, it may be that your main plan is to do very little activity – in which case, make a beeline for the gorgeous white sands of Anse de Bréhat (five minutes) or find other nearby beaches like Plage Bonaparte (five minutes) or Plage du Palus (15 minutes). You could also book a scenic train ride with La Vapeur du Trieux (15 minutes) or spend the day pootling around Bréhat Island; take the boat from Ploubazlanec (25 minutes). There are several lovely seaside towns for a stroll too – it’s worth spending some time in Paimpol (20 minutes) or venturing further afield to Perros-Guirec (50 minutes) and Ploumanac’h (an hour) to explore the Pink Granite Coast.
