Concernant l’étang, vous avez raison 😉 Malheureusement, avec la sécheresse et les fortes chaleurs de cet été, il a beaucoup souffert et les conditions ne sont actuellement pas idéales pour la pêche.

喜欢 The pool was a decent size and so was the pitch

Toilets and showers unclean 90% of the time (toilets probably due to no toilet paper being provided) including no closed bins meaning waste is strewn across cubicles, pitch was uneven, dry, had a wasps nest, WiFi has to be paid for and doesn’t even work when you do, washing up area filthy as is the communal area at times as people leave rubbish when using it. Would not recommend or come again and could not wait to leave.

During the week of the Dax festivities, which is a particularly busy period, our sanitary facilities are cleaned **three times a day**. When you came to reception to report their condition, we immediately went to check them. The situation was far from the “disaster” described in your review, and we actually have photos taken at that time. It had been raining, which had simply brought some mud onto the floor. Following your complaint, we nevertheless hosed down the facilities again.

Regarding toilet paper, we would like to clarify that **we do not provide toilet paper in our sanitary facilities**. This is our usual policy and therefore does not mean that it was missing during your stay.

You also mentioned a wasp nest to us, but as you left reception very upset, unfortunately we were unable to get your name or pitch number and therefore could not locate the problem precisely in order to deal with it.

Finally, regarding the paid Wi-Fi, if you had told us that it was not working properly, we would of course have checked the issue and refunded you if the service was not satisfactory.

We sincerely regret that you left with such a negative impression, but some of the points mentioned in your review do not reflect the situation we observed on site at the time of your complaint.

不喜欢 Gestión aguas grises. Horario Apertura de los toboganes (a las 15,00). La parcela que nos tocó (10) estaba llena de agujeros.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutaron de la piscina, de las instalaciones sanitarias, de las pizzas del bar y, sobre todo, de la atención de nuestro equipo.

Tomamos nota de sus comentarios sobre la gestión de las aguas grises y el horario de apertura de los toboganes. En cuanto a la parcela nº 10, lamentamos que el terreno no estuviera en las mejores condiciones durante su estancia. Revisaremos este punto para mejorar su comodidad.

Lamentamos que la limpieza de los baños no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Nuestros sanitarios se limpian varias veces al día, pero trasladaremos su comentario a nuestro equipo para seguir mejorando.

También sentimos que encontraran el bar cerrado. Se trató de un cierre excepcional y entendemos que deberíamos haber informado mejor a nuestros clientes.

喜欢 Es bastante tranquilo las parcelas son cómodas y me gustan las vistas al estanque.
Las instalaciones están correctas.

不喜欢 Que el tobogán de las piscinas abre solo a partir de las 3 de la tarde ..no hemos podido disfrutar de ello..lxs niñxs se quedaron con las ganas

Lamentamos que sus hijos no pudieran disfrutar de los toboganes. En temporada alta, estos funcionan de 15:00 a 19:00 para garantizar la tranquilidad de la gente de la piscina por la manana. Entendemos que pueda resultar decepcionante cuando el tiempo de estancia es corto.

Esperamos tener el placer de recibirles de nuevo en nuestro camping familiar en las Landas para que puedan disfrutar plenamente de todas las instalaciones. ¡Hasta pronto! 🌿😊

喜欢 The site is beautiful and the reception is very nice and helpful. The pool is lovely but slides weren’t working properly .
The entertainment was wonderful enjoyed it thoroughly. We had pizza and that was very good quality and tasty too.

不喜欢 The toilets can be updated only one had toilet paper and there was no soap with any basins so going to loo meant carry your own paper and soap with you!
A campsite that charges 20 Euros for my dog per day should have more comfort.

We are delighted to read that you enjoyed the beautiful setting of our campsite, the warm welcome from our team, the entertainment, the swimming pool and the pizzas from our snack bar.

However, we would like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstanding for future guests.

Our campsite has never provided toilet paper or soap in the shared sanitary facilities. This has always been our policy and is well known by our regular guests. The toilet paper you found in one of the toilets is supplied by the snack bar manager for the convenience of his own customers, although some campers also make use of it.

We would also like to correct one point: the charge for dogs is €20 per stay during the high season, not €20 per day as stated in your review. This fee, like all of our services and prices, is clearly displayed before booking. During the low season, the pet fee is also reduced.

We make every effort to provide clear and transparent information before our guests arrive, so everyone knows exactly what services are included when making a reservation.

Nevertheless, we thank you for your visit and wish you all the best.

喜欢 A lovely site with clean facilities, friendly staff and a class swimming pool. The bar / restaurant is also lovely, good food and always something going on (live music, quizzes, Karaoke…).

Sanitäre Anlagen in Ordnung nur für Toilettenpapier musste man selber sorgen.
Idyllisch und abgelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.
