Come to Camping La Comtesse if you want a family-friendly place to stay with lots of greenery in the Landes region. Set on the edge of a pond, this site is full to the brim with excellent facilities, including a waterpark (open during high season only) with pools and slides, an outdoor kids' play area (with swings and – in high season only – an inflatable castle and trampoline), plus an indoor playroom with a TV, baby corner and board games for those rainier days. One thing's for sure, there's plenty for the kids and adults to get stuck into here. Unwind at the snack bar (open every day in July and August and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings outside of peak season) or the barbecue areas before grabbing a partner for table tennis or table football. A kids' club is on in July and August, and a few nice activities with a friendly, family atmosphere are sometimes organised in addition to that. Everyday needs like washing and changing nappies are sorted at the modern amenities block; an accessible room is on hand for people with reduced mobility. This is a location that's bound to have you nodding your head enthusiastically. Camping La Comtesse is in the Kiwi Valley in Pays d’Orthe et Arrigans, making it an excellent base for exploring the scenic villages and peaceful roads of the Landes countryside. It's also particularly quiet, away from the noise of big towns or roads. For a day by the water, head to the beach at Lac De Sames, 20 minutes' drive away. The Landes coast is half an hour's drive away, with popular destinations like Hossegor and Capbreton.

喜欢 Me gusta mucho. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y le personal muy amables. Le bar est excellent y esa noche había música súper bien y un Burger muy bueno. Es muy bonito.

喜欢 We had a fantastic stay at this campsite and would happily return. The pitches are flat, spacious, and many have lovely grass, making them perfect for tents, caravans, or motorhomes.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They also spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy.

The shower and toilet facilities were consistently clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

The on-site bar was a real bonus, offering a great atmosphere along with a good selection of meals, bar snacks, and children’s meals, making it ideal for families.

Overall, it’s a well-run, friendly campsite with excellent facilities, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

不喜欢 The only slight downside was that our pitch was a little smaller and much more gravelly than many of the others, despite there being some larger pitches available during our stay. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t spoil our holiday, but it’s something to be aware of when booking.

喜欢 Il campeggio è curato e molto tranquillo. I bagni sono sempre puliti e l'acqua è calda!!!
Lo spazio per mettere la tenda è ampio e si sta comodi! Anche la piscina è veramente carina. Ci sono giochi per bambini piccoli, il tavolo da ping pong, lo spazio per giocare a bocce, un bar/ristorante. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e simpatica.

不喜欢 De plaats, er werd eerst voorgesteld naast de sanitaire blok alhoewel bijna heel de camping nog leeg was ! Daarna aan de ingang, helemaal apart van andere campeerders. Helemaal niet gezellig .
Sanitaire blok verouderd en vuil.
Sluiting onder middag tot 14h30
Het wordt tijd dat er een automatische incheck mogelijk zoals dat op de meeste campings in Zweden en Denemarken kan!

Camping La Comtesse is 25 kilometres from the Landes coast and 40 kilometres from the Spanish border, in an area with 202 buildings listed as historical monuments, plus many old towns, abbeys and local festivals. An equestrian centre is three kilometres away, and canoeing is available within 10. The spa and market town of Dax, known for its warm waters and muddy treatments since the time of the Romans, is 12 kilometres north of the site. After being slathered, wander around the town to see its Fontaine Hot, its fourth-century ramparts, 13th-century cathedral and the formal gardens of the town's Parc du Sarrat – do remember to wash your visage first… To the south-west of Dax lies Bayonne, six kilometres from the Atlantic and north of Biarritz. Its old town centre is one of the protected French Historic Towns: potter around its cobbled streets to see the half-timbered buildings fronting the Nive river, the town cathedral and the tall Basque houses painted in green and red.
