Thrills in Rhyl or getting out to play in Colwyn Bay: both are in easy reach of Ty Mawr Holiday Park on the north Wales coast – along with gorgeous beaches, market towns, charismatic castles, and the inspiring scenery of the Welsh mountains. This buzzing, family-oriented park is great for kids: they’ll spend hours whizzing down the flume into the indoor pool and running around the large outdoor playground, and can join Sparky the rabbit and his Krew in the free kids’ clubs for all ages. There are also plenty of organised sports activities on offer. In the evenings, the whole family can enjoy a knees-up at the all-singing, all-dancing entertainment bar, where live bands and cabaret make a regular appearance, as well as fun theme nights and competitions. The various food options on site include plenty of takeaway choices at the Rendezvous diner and the Boathouse bar and restaurant. Modern amenities include toilets, showers and heated changing areas.

喜欢: Lots of activities for children of all ages, even a dog park for the dog. Really enjoyed our stay

不喜欢: One staff member on reception was quite rude we was 2 separate families both going together we was told on booking we was able to park together along as we booked the same field and put it in the requests (which we did) on arrival the woman told us there was absolutely no way we could park together after a discussion about both families having very young children and it wasn’t safe for them to be travelling across the pitches to play together. This was quickly resolved by another member of staff who said it was absolutely fine to park together.

喜欢: Evening entertainment very good, restaurant excellent very friendly and helpful staff. Toilet and shower facilities were very clean. Campsite overall was excellent, very clean and quiet at night, would definitely stay here again.

喜欢: It was a good site with nice helpful staff.

不喜欢: We booked a large pitch which was right on the main road so it was like sleeping on a race track. Also not the best toilets and showers. But still a nice break away

喜欢: Lovely well kept camping/touring site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Showers and toilet areas were kept clean at all times and there was plenty of hot water.
