Countryside views and convenient access all in one location? Parc Bryndyfi makes a fantastic base for a Mid Wales break – this lush green oasis of a site is a proper rural place to stay, surrounded by trees and with the Dyfi river running down one side. The convenient access comes in the form of the A470, one of the main roads running through this part of the world. It’s just outside the site, making your ins and outs nice and simple and making it easy to get out for day trips to Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park or over to the coast. For even more on the convenience front, the village of Cemmaes is about 10 minutes’ walk away, with a traditional pub (serving food as well as drinks) and an award-winning village shop/café. For more shopping and eating, head to Machynlleth, 15 minutes’ drive away. The setup at this site is fairly simple, but guests have access to smart bathroom facilities and an indoor washing-up/kitchen area. Dogs are welcome, and there’s plenty of space for them and the kids to have a good run about.

喜欢 Manager, Chris, was a lovely guy and very kindly shared info about local area. Facilities were excellent. Immaculately kept site with flat pitches, electric and water on pitch. Excellent value for money.

喜欢 As everyone says, the washrooms are superb. Cleaned every few hours. Chris (site manager) and Aled (site owner) were therefore around and visible, and lovely to chat to!

Sitting by the river bank (in the sun!!) and alternating between watching the fish, the kingfisher, and the RAF was such a relaxing part of our touring holiday!

We chose the lower field to pitch in, next to the river, and although it isn't level like the top field and hardstandings, we preferred it.

喜欢 Lovely, well kept, clean site and facilities. Friendly and welcoming site manager Chris. Flat pitches with plenty of space and convenient electric/water points. Well located for short journeys to many of mid Wales' key sights or simply relax by the river bank for the day.
