喜欢 Stayed as a solo female, site felt very safe and peaceful. Good shower and toilet block which were exceptionally clean. Friendly and helpful owner. Will definitely return in the future.

喜欢 I arrived on the evening to a warm welcome from owners Julie and Phil.
The meadow was stunning with pretty buttercups, dandelions and young trees. There's a lovely mowed area to pitch and each tent pitch has a firepit that you can purchase firelighters and wood from the owners to use and even has it's own bench.

There is an outdoor shower, toilet and a washing up area, all immaculately clean and beautifully kept. If you've forgotten a few things there's an honesty box, take-away menus and taxi services on the board.

The site itself is right by a Morrisons Daily (7 minutes walk) or you can drive to the larger one in Oswestry (18 minutes) for more supplies, and it's a brilliant base for visiting the nearby beauty spots.

Parking is just outside the meadow on a gravel area and gated shut at night. So you feel very safe and the owners house is right next to it. Mobile phone signal is very strong too.

I had such a relaxing time that I only visited one place as I was just so content to lie in the tent and listen to the beautiful bird song.

I can't wait to return.

喜欢 Phil and Julie were so welcoming on arrival. Beautiful site, surrounded by trees with huge pitches, each with a picnic table and fire pit. No cars on site meant that the children could freely explore the pathways through the meadows without any worry. Phil provided a large, sturdy trolley to transport our tent etc. The toilet and shower were perfectly clean with hot water available.
We enjoyed an incredibly picturesque walk along the Offa’s Dyke Path, which follows the canal, and paid a visit to the Heritage Centre in Llanymynech. This was around 6km and throughly enjoyed by our 8 and 4 year old.
Phil and Julie were so lovely and the children loved playing with Holly the dog. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

喜欢 Lovely site, great flat pitches with fire pits and benches if needed. Toilet and shower were always spotless and the water always hot with adjustable temp. Phil and family were lovely and very helpful if needed. Great location, a handful of national trusts within a 15/30 min drive as well as towns for shopping and cafe hopping. Petrol station and shop 3 minute walk away. Lovely stay, thank you

不喜欢 Difficult to find. Couldn’t take car onto pitch. Heavy metal gate to get onto pitch which had to be kept closed.

喜欢 Phil was friendly and accommodating, as it was a last minute camp I overlooked so many things we needed and Phil went above and beyond to make sure we had everything , lending g us some of his own bits . The location is great , it’s quiet but close enough to get to places we wanted to visit . Theres a local Morrisons a few minutes away which is ideal, shower and toilets were spotless

喜欢 Everything about this place. From the warm welcome, a little throw around with the gorgeous family dog, Holly, to the spacious pitches in a quiet location with perfectly simple amenities. This place has it all figured out! If you haven’t thought of what you need, they might have done as our host, Phil, grabbed a trolley for our gear seeing us with our hands full

喜欢 The site was really peaceful and private. The tent was gorgeous, clean, beautifully decorated and lovely comfy beds/bedding. Toilet and shower probably the cleanest on any campsite I've used! Phil was so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Would come back in a heartbeat!

喜欢 Peace and quiet of site. Tidy and neat. Good welcome by host. Clean and functional shower and toilet facility. Close to magical driving roads of Wales. Would return if in that area.
