喜欢: Quiet, clean, secure and friendly site. Good sized pitches. Lovely hosts. River location and wildlife. Great riverside walks.

不喜欢: No village pub or shop.

喜欢: very friendly welcome from lovely hosts security well marked pitches clean toilets and showers

不喜欢: Very noisy with loud music playing on one evening until 11:50pm despite the 10:30 ruling. Not enough toilets / showers / dish washing facilities. A large group consisting of 6 cars and countless persons taking over an area next to ourselves and young families. Vehicles allowed to drive onto the field despite the very wet, waterlogged conditions.

喜欢: Lovely location , friendly staff and a well maintained site. The river is an added attraction with lots of birdsong, perfect setting for families with young children.

不喜欢: It was disappointing that inconsiderate people were playing what sounded like loud piano music late into the night. We understood that noise was not to be tolerated after 10.30 but obviously this was being disregarded. It spoilt what could have been a pleasant visit.

喜欢: We we treated by the father of the owner very kind friendly man and actually walked over to show us our pitch we asked for one near the river and it couldn’t have been more perfect there were separate areas for families in Grassed areas so we had a nice quiet spot just wished we had stayed longer spotless clean well kept site

不喜欢: The only thing I could see anyone would complain about is there were only tow showers and it was 50p for five mins but I think that was to stop and waiting time but we didn’t feel the need to use them so can’t comment

喜欢: The site was well sign posted, a warm welcome. Very clean

不喜欢: There was not enough showers or toilets. The showers cost £1 for 5 minutes which the time starts before you enter the cubicle. Not enough basins (2) for washing. Outside slightly sheltered wash up facilities are not good if the weather is bad.

喜欢: The campsite is lovely, very clean and well looked after. Loved that all you could hear were the birds. We loved the bluebell pod. The bed was comfortable, loads of space once it was made up to store bags and still have room to sit down in. Toilets and showers were spotless. Owners were lovely and their handouts on where to eat out came in handy. Would definitely stay again.

喜欢: A beautiful campsite with plenty of space and peaceful surrounding scenery. The site has permanent caravans owned by families who return each year, who are very welcoming and friendly. There are well kept facilities with a payable shower (50p for 5 minutes), and wash stations. If the weather is sunny, the site is a sun trap which we loved. If you need a fire pit or kindling and marshmallows, these are available to buy on site. We will definitely be coming back to stay. Lots of activities and areas to walk within an hours drive.
