喜欢: The site is very clean and tidy. A large site with nice facilities. The en-suites are a nice touch. Good busses into town.

不喜欢: The button on the showers. The water comes out for 10 seconds and then stops.

喜欢: The pitch we stayed at was well spaced, clean and was fully serviced. The toilet block had just been refurbished. Walks around the site were great and wildlife was abundant. Ponds had the usual waterfowl and the odd heron. Cuckoo's calling and buzzards soaring. The Lairds Inn on site is fantastic and dog friendly.

不喜欢: Our stay was at the start of the season so not too busy which meant the shop on site sometimes closed which was annoying. A notice on the door would have been good to show the the shorter opening times

喜欢: The showers are toilets we're very clean bright and warm. The campsite was also tidy, nice and quiet even though the A75 was not that far away. The pub and restaurant was perfect for a good meal and meeting with friends.

不喜欢: The only thing that was missing for us was a foot path along the road side for getting into the village of Creetown and stepping onto uneven and wet grass made it a bit harder for my husband who has bad legs. Perhaps a few lights along tha Road would be helpful also due to it being very dark which made it dangerous for my husband stepping onto grass out of the way of traffic.

喜欢: Friendly site nice and quiet very good pitch.

不喜欢: Toilets the staff are under pressure with the cycling people going for a shower mud in the shower poor girls having to put up with mess everyday.

喜欢: The site itself is lovely, as are the staff. Clean. And alot to do.

不喜欢: Sadly this trip was ruined by other campers. Partying LOUD until way past 1am. There was no park rangers around or anyone to call to ask them to quiet down. ( Not being a party pooper) it was a group of about 20 adults. And I never slept that nite. Nor did the kids.

To access a good number of these at once, drive 20 minutes to the activity and adventure centre Cream o' Galloway, where there's a woodland playground, rides and slides, nature trails and indoor play. Further afield at Loch Ken there's Galloway Activity Centre, for watersports, mountain biking and climbing. Keep the kids sweet at the Cocoabean Company (20 minutes), where they can get stuck into interactive workshops and indoor and outdoor play: yes, there's a chocolate shop here too.

到店前28天内不得修改订单。

入住

不接受 6 位及以上的成人团体订单（情侣和直系家庭成员除外）。

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
建议住客自行携带高质量手电筒，因为部分营地区域没有照明。
禁止在湖里游泳。
禁止携带枪支。

接待处

从01/03到30/09，接待处上班时间为09:00到17:00。
从01/10到28/02，接待处上班时间为09:00到16:00。
如果到店时接待处关闭：请联系预订确认单上的号码。
接待处16:00下班。如果您预计在此时间之后到店，请在路上告知公园，以便团队提供有关您的露营单元/场地的信息。

泳池

请注意，没有救生员值班。
露天泳池从15/05开放至31/08（取决于天气状况）。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗狗纹身或植入芯片。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

来宾车辆不得进入营地。
访客必须在22:30前离开露营场所。

车辆

从23:00至08:00不得有车辆运行。
只有在您驾驶旅行大篷车出行或带帐篷时，车费才包括在房费中。驾驶房车或野营车则不得入内。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

23/03至30/09举办各类娱乐活动。
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
从23:00}到08:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
公共区域禁止吸烟。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单具名，不得转让。
请注意，卫生间/淋浴设施不分性别。
通过 Pitchup.com 进行预订时不得使用折扣卡和礼券。

门票

18 岁以下人士必须由其父母或法定监护人陪同。
在接待处登记之后方可入内。
必须至少有一名成员年满18周岁或以上。

All：价格中不包含泳池使用费。泳池收费标准为成人每人每session £2.50 (¥22.34)，儿童每人每session £2.00 (¥17.87)。

Minimum spacing of 3 metres between pitches.

The café is open daily from 01 April to 30 September, and from Friday to Sunday from 01 October to 31 March.

The Laird's Inn opening times will vary depending on the season. You are advised to book tables in advance for the restaurant.
