不喜欢: Ok, this was are 4th stop on our 4 week tour of Scotland with 2 more sites to visit.
Honestly if we had not another 2 sites to go to we would have come home after the first night.
Firstly, when we arrived we were told the best places to pitch up did not have electricity, but it was being worked on.
Next, the Pitchup advertisement for Oban holiday park clearly states “internet access “ and “Free WIFI”. There is no such thing for the touring pitches. This is clearly false advertising and a blatant lie.
Next, the site is clearly cashing in, on the lucrative static caravan market and as such there is a lot of earth moving during the day. Large earth moving machinery going constantly during the day, so unless your a huge “Goldrush” fan or love hearing excavators and rock trucks all day every day, don’t say you weren’t warned!!
The wash, toilet and shower blocks stink of excrement and when the wind blows you get it all over the touring pitches.
The site has a “ Nature walk and dog exercise area. As we were travelling with our 2 dogs we were looking forward to this. Unfortunately you honestly need climbing equipment, ropes and crampons to scale it and it has a rock face that would scare Bear Grills in his best day.
There are no laundry facilities and the water is not fit for human consumption, which we had prepared for, however even our dogs were unwell from drinking it.
In summary, we wouldn’t stay here again if you paid us the booking fee three times over

喜欢: Views to Oban and surrounds

不喜欢: Uneven, sloping pitches, took a while to get level!

Showers were OK but only hot water in the sinks was a bit odd

Mainly caters for their own static holiday homes, lots of building work going on to increase number of holiday homes

No contact from anyone running the site

不喜欢: eau propre dangereuse, sanitaires insuffisants,camping en reamenagement, travaux en cours,bref,on n'est pas resté pour le séjour réservé et payé d'avance.Camping à éviter,l'accès est dangereux en véhicule.En plus le wifi n'est pas adapté il faut se tenir proche de la réception si l'on veut s'en servir

不喜欢: Only one shower, not big enough to dry without getting all clothing wet

喜欢: Picturesque site in beautiful area.
Proximiy to Oban.
The walks and views.
Friendly informative staff.

不喜欢: Shower/toilet block was cold despite the heating being on, due to the entrance door always being open.
Dirty toilet.
A lot of water (or something) on the floor under the urinals.
Cold water out of pot wash hot taps, (used four times and only got luke warm water once and that didn't last).
No drinking water from taps. You have to boil it or buy bottled Water.
Couldn't find a level pitch.
If you go out for the day, you lose your pitch to newcomers and have to setup again.
