Very disappointed and unfortunately will not return

喜欢 We had a shaded very generous sized pitch. The staff were very friendly.
There was wifi in the pub which we needed for our stay but it was temperamental.
不喜欢 Both sets of shower and toilet blocks were really poorly maintained and unclean, within the pub toilets there was faeces and vomit in separate stalls (ladies!) and they were very smelly. The blocks themselves were more like public facilities. Obviously the patrons are leaving them in that state but I’ve never stayed on a site like this.
The shower didn’t work unless you held the button in the whole time. There was loud music playing very late in the pub which was not really what we were there for (had wanted a peaceful evening). There are 5-10 abandoned vehicles on the site which just make it really grubby. There was also a very strong smell of marijuana (I don’t mind others doing what they please but can’t really get away from it camping).

喜欢 Good facilities and the shower temperature was perfect.
Lots of space for motor homes and tents.
Really nice to be right next to a very nice pub, which also has a good size garden, and the food is very tasty.
不喜欢 Nothing disliked, but it would be nice to have some nice dog walks from the site.
Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work - it may need a booster to reach the campsite.

喜欢 It was great to have access to utilities at such a very reasonable price. Breakfast and meals at the Inn were great. Nothing better than a nice pint. The showers were incredibly powerful. I had a great time.
不喜欢 It was a shame the road was too busy for me to walk and a little too hilly to cycle on my folding bike. That’s nothing to do with the Inn but the geography. It’s also close to Minehead and Taunton.
