喜欢 Nice and peaceful, well kept up together and we loved that it was a small site.we were meant to be staying the whole weekend but had to only do the one night as we could not bring our dog due to the weather but hope to stay again next month.very pleased with it.

喜欢 Great site, small, 3 hardstanding pitches all with electric hook up & nearby water, rubbish bins/waste water. Very pleasant & friendly family & gardening staff checked in with us. A friend stayed in the shepherd's hut a short walk away on the site - beautifully made & furnished unit.

喜欢 We loved our night stay at brick yard farm. We stayed in our motorhome and were the only van there. The bell tent and shepherds hut had people staying but they were away from us so felt like we were on our own. We walked up the road to Shaftsbury in the evening and and a really lovely time.

不喜欢 Unfortunate I had to cancel through a health issue just a few days before, and whilst the support was very considerate, as he was suffering the same issue, the owner was in no way sympathetic

I am so sorry you felt we were not sympathetic. We are incredibly sympathetic to the health issue, and can emphasis fully, as I am recovering from surgery, which has ment a cancelled family holiday and the loss of money because of this.
I was unfortunately only following the cancellation policy outlined on PitchUp.
“No refunds within 1 week of arrival date.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away”
As you needed to cancel two days before your visit there was no refund and we were not able to fill your space.
We really do hope you are able to visit again when fully recovered. Please do get in contact at the time of booking to discuss.
