喜欢 The fishing lake is very nice and peaceful.
Outdoor pool was great expecially because we had really nice weather. The site is big with so many things to see and do. The skate park was pritty cool. My older children enjoyed it there ages are 10- 16 years.

喜欢 The indoor swimming pool.
The shower& toilet were lovely & clean.
Nice large pitch & was perfectly located for grandparents with a 7yr old & 9yr old.

不喜欢 That’s is was a large site & busy.
Toilet blocks ran out of soap & toilet paper. WiFi didn’t not work at pitch.
Not keen on complete gravel pitch, as would have liked some grass.
Our pitch wasn’t level as on an incline.

喜欢 The site was really well kept, the flowerbeds had no weeds, the toilets were very clean and modern.
The pitch we had was a standard size, but we could easily fit our tent (4x7m), car and trailer on the pitch. Pitches were well marked and easy access to the electric.
Bins were emptied daily, so no smells in the hot weather we had.
There was an issue with the water supply whilst we were there but it was handled quickly and efficiently.

不喜欢 The pitch we had was on quite a slope, whilst not the end of the world, it did make sleeping and cooking harder than I'd have liked.
It wasn't mentioned anywhere how hilly the site is, whilst this isn't an issue for everyone, I struggled on the long walk to and from the main hub.

喜欢 Great campsite, the staff were all exceptional helpful and friendly it was spotlessly clean and the facilities were excellent

不喜欢 Wi-Fi is dreadful

喜欢 Pitches are a good size and were level for my campervan. Food whist expensive was of good quantity. Check in was very efficient with polite and knowledgeable staff.

不喜欢 Pools both indoor and outdoor are too small now that the park has expanded, when the weather is good the pools are over full and it detracts from the experience. Some of the bar staff need to re train, on numerous occasions I was stood at a near empty bar, staff saw me but continued chatting or looking at phones, appreciate many will be seasonal staff but not good service, to be clear once or twice not an issue but happened multiple times.

喜欢 The facilities were great, the touring pitches are really close too, not too far to walk and really clean showers and toilets. The food was expectional and the outside pool area was our favourite place, lovely to chill and relax in the sun with a good atmosphere!

不喜欢 The only downside was the showers were freezing in both the men and women’s blocks.

喜欢 Loved how pretty and well kept the site was. It was also very relaxed and even when busy it never felt overcrowded, rarely queued long for a drink or fight to find a table to sit at. Loved that dogs were allowed in so many areas and the overall feel of the place was great. Lovely food, pub was great, live music in the afternoons perfect and the pool fantastic!

不喜欢 The shower blocks were great but quite often struggled to locate any working soap dispensers and the had dryer a bit useless. A full length mirror would have been a great addition.
