不喜欢 Very disappointed with my stay at Trevella. The showers were often dirty at the times I used them, despite claims of regular cleaning. Noise late into the night was disruptive, and while staff say they patrol, it felt like the responsibility was placed on me to resolve issues that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The pitch was uneven and unsuitable, the pool was noticeably colder than expected, and aside from two friendly reception staff on arrival, most others were dismissive or rude. I sent a follow-up email but received zero resolution, with the response making all the problems my responsibility. Overall, I left early due to the poor experience and lack of support.

喜欢 A great site with very friendly staff, kept very clean and tidy, Good size clean pitches , lovely showers and loos, quirky little well stocked pub, well worth a visit .

喜欢 Overall we were very happy with our stay. The services on our pitch were a surprise as we booked a grass pitch with electric but we were very happy with the upgrade of water on site and a waste water drain. The fishing lakes were fantastic and filled with plenty of fish which our grandsons were very happy with! The site generally was clean and tidy as were the washing and toilet facilities. Shop was well stocked and staff were friendly and helpful.

不喜欢 We followed rules given at Reception and signs eg book for swimming pool, park car to right of accommodation, no gazebos, no dogs in lake areas etc but no-one else seemed to follow them.

The swimming pool was not locked during the day so holiday makers came and went as they pleased. I buzzed on intercom at the pool gate as instructed but it was not answered. A holiday maker from inside opened the door to leave and said we just come and go as we please. Having said that, people did tend to come and go in waves so I presume they were keeping to the 45 - 60 minute use rule.

Neighbours dogs were not kept on leads at all times - one dog was wandering around our site on our return. One of the grandchildren stepped in dog mess on our pitch - we did not complain to the neighbour as we could not be certain it was her dog!

On one of the nights there was a lot of loud screaming/laughing/shouting by adults which continued until midnight. Generally the site was quiet at 10.00pm.

喜欢 Great location, friendly staff, well stocked shop. The kids loved the mini golf and the tent pitches were big and flat. So convenient having a bus stop outside the campsite.

不喜欢 Very noisy in the evening but quietened after 10pm. We left a night early as it was so noisy when we wanted to put the kids to bed.

喜欢 we really enjoyed our stay beautiful site lovely and clean faclities and the staff was helpful and friendly the fishing lakes were superb really enjoyed relaxing on those of the evening would highly recomend this site for staying on.

喜欢 Good level pitches, tidy and well maintained pitches and surrounding areas. Nice hot and clean showers. And helpful reception staff. Lovely rural location with costal walks, plus bus and taxi access.
