喜欢 Big pitch with water and electric. Shower and toilets clean easy to access.
不喜欢 Noisy. Auto garage near where we put. Grass cutting as soon as someone left in morning. Loud bass music from 9:30 until early hours unsure if it was dome one pitched or near auto garage area.

I'm so sorry that your stay at Gnome World was not as you or we would have hoped for.
I do wish that you would have called into reception and we could have tried to rectify the situation regarding the noise.
The grass cutting unfortunately is a necessary task most mornings as we are preparing for new arrivals in order to prevent reviews stating the pitch was overgrown and untidy.

Will not be staying here again.

喜欢 The size of each pitch.
不喜欢 The long walk to the toilets, especially at night with no lighting in the field. I am disabled and cannot walk very far and felt very vulnerable when walking in the dark to reach the toilets. I never saw one member of staff throughout the duration of my stay so can’t comment on them. I also never saw anyone cleaning the facilities (maybe because it was August bank holiday) so can’t comment on cleanliness.

The office was open on Friday, the day of your arrival and on Saturday, however you are correct the main office was not open on Sunday however the park owner is on site for any problems.
I've checked your booking and unfortunately you didn't not let us know your were disabled and would have preferred to be closer to the toilet block, we would have certainly tried to get you closer had we known.
The toilets are cleaned three times per day over the summer, the blocks are in field 1 and field 3. As you were in field 2 its possible you may have not seen our cleaners.
Thank you for bringing our attention to the lighting, this is the 1st comment we have received however i will certainly get this checked out in case we have some bulbs that need replacing.

喜欢 The location is amazing for every town, nice quiet site and we had a lovely upgrade to a lodge free of charge.
Spar just up the road for essentials and a retail park just 10 minutes away with M&S, McDonald’s, Starbucks etc
I have been previously and would definitely return.

喜欢 Great sized area and pitches, well maintained site. Toilet and shower blocks were fab and regularly cleaned. Peaceful site and so easy to get to as well!
