喜欢 Quiet/central location, very friendly owners and alpacas! , plenty of space on pitch. Was nice to try somewhere different. Probably would return for these aspects
不喜欢 The chemical waste point was rather unpleasant and I couldn’t find a water point nearby to wash the toilet pot around with, only the fresh water outlet. With having to pay for an extra vehicle our stay was more expensive than a nearby site with electric unfortunately.

喜欢 Lovely friendly welcome, incredibly peaceful location and easy to find. Felt miles away from everywhere without having to be. Alpacas on site was great for kiddo to see! Lovely bit of shade to one side we could seek shelter in. Site facilities as described in listing back to basics. But this and being a smaller site meant there was utter peace despite the field being full. Felt incredibly safe and secure in there with there being people on site at all times. Son loved it and we will look to book again!

喜欢 Absolutely fabulous!! The owner Derek was so friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic pitch for our camper next door to the alpaca 🦙 field 😁 Friendly campers around us, perfect location just 20mins from centre of Brighton and we drove to Devils Dyke nearby for Summer solstice to watch the sunset ...we are definitely going to return and Derek explained the toilets and shower block will be completed shortly.
Highly recommend 🙏✨🦙👌🚌

喜欢 I spent a very happy and peaceful night at Pear Tree Farm and would go back in a flash. There's water and grey/toilet waste, otherwise it's back to basics.
The site is neat and tidy and the owners are welcoming and friendly. Loved it. 😍

喜欢 Relaxed simple site, with no toilet/shower which was just what we wanted. Friendly owners and very friendly alpaca!
Quiet and beautiful surroundings.
Flat site and not packed close together.
Rated high although only a few amenities as described so although not there, didn’t mark it down for that as it was as expected
不喜欢 Only negative was the 10.00 checkout time as it would have been nice to have a more relaxed morning.

喜欢 Lovely location and quiet. Enjoyed the animals. Lovely hosts. First time out in our van and we were made very welcome and the site was peaceful and well kept
