喜欢 The staff were all very polite and helpful and navigating around the site was made easy with all the information provided.

不喜欢 The pitches are quite small and crammed together. The lack of a clear evening curfew meant that other campers were enabled to play very loud music and have very noisy parties late into the night, which was made worse by the close proximity. Calling security didn’t seem to affect the noise level very much and it happened every night of our stay. Despite a good range of facilities the cost of food and additional activities was very pricey. And as cars move about on site a lot means it doesn’t feel very safe for the kids.

喜欢 Very pleasant staff, clean showers. Plenty of play places, great swimming pools.

不喜欢 Very, very disappointed that kids are allowed to ride electric bikes as fast as they like in the park, very dangerous and spoiled our evenings. It was the only disappointment. Such a shame!!

不喜欢 Lots of electric bikes whizzing around, surprised nobody got hurt , although I did witness a lady get knocked over as she came out of the dish washing area.

喜欢 We recently camped at Warner Farm and overall had a good experience. The facilities were cleaned regularly and very well maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The campsite itself was tidy and close to everything — especially convenient for families, as it’s right in the middle of the resort with easy access to both swimming pools and the park for the kids

不喜欢 We recently stayed at Warner Farm and, unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by serious safety concerns. Throughout our stay, groups of children were riding electric bikes at high speeds around the site. These bikes were not only going well above the site’s driving speed limit but were also being used near communal areas like the bathroom facilities where young children were walking or riding standard bikes.

It felt chaotic and unsafe at times, especially for families with younger children. There seemed to be no enforcement of speed limits or supervision regarding the use of electric bikes. In my opinion, electric bikes should not be permitted within the camping facilities at all

喜欢 Fabulous staff interactions at pools, arcade, camping reception and the ice cream shop on the beach, staff were super friendly and helpful. Lots for the kids to do.

不喜欢 Toilets/ablution’s weren’t great. The men’s ones were apparently disgusting. However, I don’t believe this was due to lack of staff effort since the ablution block was closed once or twice a day for cleaning but rather the crowd/ type of people that were camping there. During our stay what appeared to be a large group of travelers were also camping and from 4 years old up to adults were all zooming around on motorised bicycles not adhering to the 10mph which was quite concerning.

I also never had a hot shower, it was always luke warm even when I went out of peak shower times.

喜欢 The location, friendly helpful staff, so much available to do on site included in the camping fee. Plenty of toilets, showers, washing up locations etc. Level pitches.

喜欢 -we stayed in the Safari tents which were very clean and in good condition

-toilet/shower block was a short walk from tents and was very clean

-ladies ar Warner Touring reception were very kind and helpful

-site security who showed us to our tent was very kind and welcoming

-the safari tents were roomy with sink, induction hob and fridge

-safari tents come with a little welcome pack with cleaning essentials

-swimming pool access was included in the booking, the flumes and lazy river kept two 12 year old entertained for an hour or so

-nice playground and sports pitch one minute's walk from safari tents

-easy access to beach from main Seal Bay resort, lovely sunsets

不喜欢 - shower water was a little cooler for my preference although I appreciate I am always cold!

-The shop on site was about a 15/20 minute walk away from the tents (as far as we are aware)

-After paying for our trip, the confirmation email stated we would have access to the entertainment/fleisure facilities, we thought that would include the surfing simulator but that is a seperate £25 per session

-due to booking with a site outside Seal Bay resort official site, I was unable to access the app due to not having a compatible booking code and so could not easily book/see programmes for entertainment and leisure

-was some dog mess observed on site

-safari tents would benefit from some hook to hang bags or clothes on as the main storage was shelves which were quite small and shallow

-food options were mostly fried foods/not great for someone on a low saturates diet
