喜欢 Spacious with nice view. Family run farm, family seem very friendly and welcoming. The view from your site reminded me of somewhere I like I north Wales which was a nice surprise for Kent. Enjoyed watching the clouds roll over the sea from my bed

不喜欢 Lack of facilities vs the price. £40 per night for a toilet that leaks on you and not stocked with enough loo roll.

喜欢 Outstanding views and space was plentiful. Away from the crowds and totally wild.

不喜欢 Unfortunately we believed a chemical toilet point was available as it is advertised on the pitch up listing. When we arrived I enquired to see where this was located, only to be told “we do not have one”

This is a massive factor when booking. I was left with going out to public toilets every time I wanted to empty. If I had known this was not available I would have never booked to visit. Our neighbour with a Motorhome was also very disgruntled about this.

That terrific view out over the Thames Estuary isn't the only option as breakfast backdrop for guests at Clifftop Camping though. Pitches at this scenic Isle of Sheppey farm site are sorted on a pick-your-own basis, so you're welcome to meander around the meadow, woodland and pond areas too before selecting a spot in which to settle.
And those eggs? Well, they're from the hens that reside on this working farm. You can buy their offerings while you're staying here, and meet their pals too: the current roster includes sheep, goats, horses, ponies, ducks and rheas.
This is an off-grid site so you'll need to step away from the gadgets - but sea views trump screen time anyway, eh?. It's also pretty stripped-back on the facilities front, but there is one compost toilet and one tented chemical toilet, and you can access water in the farmyard.

喜欢 Really beautiful and lovely camping site. Was pretty quiet throughout our stay so we were able to pitch our tent right by the edge of the cliff. The views are amazing; especially at sunrise and sunset and there are a few fire pits around to enjoy some evening camp fires. Catherine was very lovely as well and really made us feel welcome.

不喜欢 Would be even nicer with showers available. Definitely would be up for staying longer if that was the case. Also not a lot to do in the local area and not enough walking trails or activities

喜欢 Loved the remote location and quietness.
We were the only ones there midweek.

Also like the wildness of it, nice to have choice of where to pitch, on clifftop or in woods.

Arrived late so didn’t get a proper look round but will do next time

Facilities are basic, just a toilet and a tap. Perfect for escaping the modern world and spending time

不喜欢 A bit of litter here and there left by previous groups. Must be hard to monitor such a large wooded area (100 acres), so this is no reflection on the owners.
