喜欢 There are a number of very large open area grass fields to choose from, therefore there is plenty of space to pitch up.

不喜欢 There is only one toilet block area, the facilities are little tired and in need of some maintenance, some toilet doors don't have any locks on them and there was a missing sink tap.

喜欢 Toilets were clean, showers were ok floors slightly dirty but just wear crocs

不喜欢 Electric pitch was pretty small and very close to the people staying in the pitch next door,group's of people shouting and singing untill 1am, very busy site not much space on a pitch for a family of 6

Perhaps you will visit again outside an extremely busy Bank Holiday to enjoy the country and river walks and bring some indoor and outdoor games for you and the family to enjoy together.

喜欢 We had a great time camping at the hop farm. It was our first time as a family. Kids loved it. We had aplenty of space for our tent and for the kids to run around and play. The facilities were good, clean and easy to access. It was all family friendly. We really enjoyed being able to use our fire pit as some camp sites don't allow this.

喜欢 Location was good right next to the river

不喜欢 We checked in on arrival and after that, I didn’t see any staff at all. There was a security guard sometimes next to the toilet but that’s it. There was no controlling noise or rules of any kind throughout our stay. We were given a sheet on entry which stated the rules but clearly none were followed. Two of our three night stay had loud music and shout singing until 4am. The toilet/shower block was always disgusting as there was probably enough space for one fields worth of people but there are five very large fields that should really have a shower block each.

喜欢 The facilities were very clean and tidy. Space was really good. Staff were friendly and there was a river to swim in, kayaking and a nice woodland walk

When you book on Pitch-up it says that The nearby visitor attraction/children rides are closed and the Hop Farm official website no longer mentions the family park and farm and there are no longer any photos of it on their page, however some non-official sites still have photos up taken from people who have previously been to the family park which the Hop Farm are unable to take down.

不喜欢 Even though rules restricting large groups Very Large groups were allowed so very noisy site even into the early hours of the morning.
Very large site nowhere near enough facilities, they were very dirty with locks missing on some cubicles. Booked a 3 night stay left after 2.

来自经理: I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay, the majority of guests who stayed commented on how much they enjoyed themselves a few even booked to stay longer.
As it was August Bank Holiday we did have up to 3 pitches of family/friends together, we asked them to turn off music and to be respectful when we did our 10pm site checks, unfortunately as the electric pitches are so close together general talking and laughter can be heard. There was a loud music event taking place in East Peckham on the Saturday until 130am which must have been unlicenced and could be heard on a few fields including the one you were on, however this was beyond our control.
We do provide toilets and showers within the stipulations set out by the campsite regulations, we had them cleaned continuously from 7am until 7pm on the Saturday and Sunday, with a notice in reception and verbally telling people when they checked in that between 7pm and 7am there would be no cleaning and to clean up after themselves. A couple of locks were broken and either repaired or replaced as soon as we were made aware of.

喜欢 Very beautiful views around the site, very clean toilets, fishing shop was 1 minute away from the farm. Beo toilets were at every field which was very handy as you didn't need to travel to the main toilets if camping far away,

不喜欢 The roads were very bumpy due to uneven ground so needed to be extra careful

The bumpy roads do help to keep to the 5MPH limit on site, sadly not everyone adheres to this policy.

喜欢 Saw a lot of negative reviews before we went but really enjoyed our stay.

Quality site. Huge place. Never had to wait for toilets or showers. And they were at maximum capacity.

Obviously the site can't control visitors and their behaviours, but they managed everything well and no problems or issues. Pleasantly surprised and a good location to explore.
