喜欢: Location Quiet and easy going.

不喜欢: Showers and toilets need updating. Would have been very poor had the site been busy. Only 1 shower. No washing up facilities.

喜欢: Ten minutes walk to New Romney
Owners are lovely

不喜欢: The facilities are very poor considering the cost per night.
There is one shower which has seen better days and 2 loo's per sex, again poor standard. No hot water to wash up. Elsan point open and unhygienic.
This could be a great site if money was spent on the facilities.
On a busy road and even being deaf the traffic was loud.

We are so sorry to hear you had such a bad time.

The Chemical toilet has a wooden cover that just needed to be closed after use.

The showers are new power showers. And on our outline to the site we state that we have a basic toilet unit.

We are by a main road as stated again on our site. But we are set back from it. Not right on it.

If you had bought your concerns up with us. We would have tried to move you further away, looked at how we could help you. Or we would of refunded your money so you could find else where that was more suitable for you.

I’m so sorry you felt you couldn’t come to us during your 4 night stay and raise your concerns. We never want anyone to be that unhappy.

喜欢: The warm welcome we received from Lee. The peace and quiet on the site. They give every pitch plenty of space. We booked an extra night because we liked it so much. Rachel and Lee are a very accommodating couple and nothing is too much trouble. The toilet and shower facilities are quite basic but we knew that when we booked. They are kept very clean. It's only a 10 minute walk to New Romney High Street with a couple of good pubs, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a hardware shop that sells some camping equipment. There is also a petrol station. Our pitch overlooked a field and we watched a barn owl hunting at dusk.

喜欢: Lovely and quiet site. Rachel the owner was lovely and friendly and provided a fantastic greeting on arrival. Always on hand if you needed assistance. Worked very hard to ensure I enjoyed the stay.
