For a peaceful holiday spot in south-eastern Kent, take a look at Romney Meadows Caravan and Camping Park, a mile and a half outside the small town of New Romney. Guests staying here have access to gorgeous green fields, footpaths, beaches, nature reserves and the Cinque Ports towns within a few minutes' drive or cycle. This small and well-maintained campsite has all the basic modern facilities you would expect, plus a few extras like a well-equipped shared kitchen and a wifi hotspot that all guests are welcome to use. This is a quiet and considerate spot for restful stays where kids, dogs and barbecues are all welcome. The local landscape is full of history: once buried under the English Channel, this area became an important Roman port, before becoming a smuggler's haven in the 18th century and playing a major role in the Napoleonic Wars. 喜欢 Lovely, helpful owners, clean site and facilities. Handy little onsite shop for essentials or bits you forget.

不喜欢 Toilets are a bit dated, but very, very clean. Could do with a couple more showers and loo's. Short wait for both at busy times. Didn't cause us a problem though. Could do with WiFi around the whole site as I did struggle for a signal from 5g.

喜欢 It was a nice campsite and the facilities were good, but the camps were so close to each other I only stayed for 1 night instead of the 2 that I had booked for. Too many rules and not enough joy for me. I suppose you can't please everyone but was expensive for what they offered.

Not really that many families, in our side of the camp anyway. It seemed like a quiet older couples campsite which isn't really my vibe.

喜欢 Very well kept site and the owners couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, within walking distance of the cute local town with places to eat and drink.
Will definitely visit again.

不喜欢 Push button showers and taps. I don’t know why they can’t invent one that lasts for a minute or something! Also the water doesn’t get very hot.

安全

接待处

从01/01到31/01以及从01/03到31/12，接待处上班时间为09:00到12:00和14:00到17:00。

狗
