Hollins Farm Holiday Park

喜欢 Brilliantly clean facilities. Beautiful area. Staff so kind and helpful. Site nice and quiet, 10 min walk to larger sister site with pool/restaurant/play facilities for kids. Site is quiet enough to enjoy as adults wanting to enjoy the beautiful countryside, and close enough to the other site for activities for kids. Best of both worlds.

喜欢 What an absolutely stunning place. We loved EVERYTHING. From the drive up and beautiful entrance, the warm welcome we received from the hosts who are a credit to the whole place. Always a wave or or chat. Toilets and showers immaculate (I loved the music playing in there...nice touch). Pitches big and sheltered with hedges. Easy to access everything. It was quiet whilst we were there so perfect. Lovely manicured hedges and lawns. Beautiful view across the bay. Its a working farm so dogs on leads at all times and I loved this as ours is a bit reactive at other dogs running near our van. We walked across the beach to Silverdale one day...prob half hour if you dont stop like we did to throw sticks on the beach. In the other direction is Arnside..probably 45 minutes walk but we went along the public paths , which was very picturesque and the dogs could run. So going there we took about 2 hours walking the line way. Lovely fish and chips in Armside too.

All in all it was perfect....even with the overnight thunderstorms....our new favourite. A bit reluctant to put a review on and keep this gem of a place secret. ..but thats just selfish! So sharing this for anyone that likes a beach, hidden footpath walks, an immaculate campsite and the friendliest hosts you could ask for. Thank you 😊

喜欢 Everything up on arrival all areas spotless and clean well maintained. Reception was easy to find receptionist who booked us in was lovely and explained everything we needed to know. Shower and toilet block wow immaculate shining just spot on.
Pitch very big with grass to sit out on would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
Also if you like swimming free passes for your stay are given to use at the other site which is less than 5 minutes in the car.
Great views of the sea from the site

喜欢 Location. Facilities very clean. Play park. Friendly staff

不喜欢 Ground was on a slope and was very rocky. Requires specialised pegs especially when windy.

喜欢 Absolutely wonderful campsite, very well maintained, fantastic sanitary facilities. Free access to the pool/sauna/steaming room without the need to book and without time limit at the sister caravan site nearby. Beautiful surroundings, lots of walking trails around. Highly recommended!

喜欢 The site is immaculate throughout. The shower block was spotlessly clean, the games room was spacious and airy.

The staff were extremely friendly as we spoke to them every day. The other facilities at Holgates (easy walking distance) were exceptional with swimming pool, resturant and bar, and ten pin bowling to mention a few. The area itself is a hidden gem particularly Arnside, which again you could easily walk to. The nearby beach was stunning, it's safe to say we were blown away by the whole experience. We would highly recommend Hollins Farm.

喜欢 Great peaceful, coastal location with lovely walks into Arnside via Knott and Silverdale/Jenny Brown's point.
Nice pitch with hedge giving extra privacy.
Very friendly staff.
Well maintained grounds.
Excellent facilities.

喜欢 Very friendly staff on arrival who guided us to our pitch and gave us all the information we needed about the sister site and using the facilities there.
The site is so peaceful perfect for a restful break away.
Beautiful walk down to the beach and the local ruins.
I'm very fussy about facilities but they were nice and clean.

喜欢 Camping pod is lovely, can’t fault the pod at all.

不喜欢 Not a dislike but there needs to be better signs for which turning it is to get to the correct location for camping pods.
