Hollins Farm Holiday Park

Gostou We had the best weekend staying here and can’t wait to come back! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. They were so welcoming, especially with the kids, which made us feel right at home.

The facilities are honestly some of the best we’ve ever seen at a campsite everything was spotless, well maintained, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site shop is really well stocked too, so you can easily pick up any essentials you need.

The scenery around the campsite is beautiful, with some lovely local walks to enjoy. The beach isn’t sandy it’s more clay and mud but honestly, the kids absolutely loved every second of getting muddy and playing. It ended up being one of the highlights of the weekend!

The park is small but really cute and perfect for little ones. It’s an amazing base for exploring the local area and enjoying days out nearby.

We had such a fantastic stay and made some wonderful family memories. We will definitely be back!

Não gostou The only slight downside for us was that music has to be turned off at 10pm, and the staff do come around to check that everyone is keeping the noise down. We completely understand why this is in place, as not everyone is as respectful as others, and it definitely didn’t ruin our stay. We actually appreciated rules like no ball games after 10pm, as they help keep the site peaceful. That said, as we were away with friends, it would have been nice to have another hour to sit outside with some quiet music and chat, as it did feel a little like we had a bedtime! Perhaps allowing low-volume music until 11pm could give adults a bit more time to relax while still keeping the campsite respectful for everyone.

Gostou Cleanliness of facilities, lovely games room for adults/kids. Good washing facilities, use of freezer. Toilets were nicely laid out with family friendly shower/toilet rooms combined in one. The staff's attention to detail and Cleanliness was flrst class.

Não gostou The uneven terrain for sleeping and playing. Its quite hilly in the field we camped.

Gostou Absolutely beautiful site. Exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Fab location with great views of the sea and hills. Plenty of local sights to see and visit, lovely walks into Silverdale and Arnside.
The offer of using Holgate's facilities was a brilliant surprise.
We didn't have time for a swim but booked on for bowling and had dinner and drinks in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the portion generous.
A truly wonderful holiday.

Não gostou Toilet/showers closed about 11am - 11.30am for cleaning which I thought was a little early as there was often a queue of people waiting.

Gostou The facilities are amazing at this site.

The toilets/showers are immaculately clean.

Staff are very friendly.

You can access their sister site which has an indoor pool, bowling alley and some arcade machines.

Gostou Immaculately clean facilities, friendly staff and great location.
Lots to do in local area and at associated site accessible by 10 minute walk along scenic footpath.

Não gostou Most of the pitches are on rolling hills, which means sleeping at an awkward angle if you are in a tent on a standard airbed!

Gostou Well maintained campsite, like the pitches area. Toilets and showers were pristine, never seen anything like it . Walks to Arnside and definitely worth visiting . Sister campsite with bar which we visited .

Gostou Beautiful site. Spotlessly clean. Very quite (we stayed 7th & 8th July 2026) We asked if we could extend our stay for another night but unfortunately they were fully booked, although they did have availability on their close by 'sister' site. Great walks directly from site. Close to the beach. Staff very helpful. I would definately return and recommend staying here ☺️

Não gostou There was nothing to dislike about this site. When the shop wasnt open the welcome pack included info on their 'sister' site, which was within walking distance accross fields (might be unpleasent in the winter months) but i thought it added to the camping experience ☺️
