喜欢 Friendly and helpful, spacious pitches with good space for dogs to stretch their legs and have a wander on leads or off lead in enclosed dog walk area

喜欢 Excellent pitches and facilities. Kids play park is a lovely addition. The location is fantastic. Lovely site overall. Highly recommended.

喜欢 Really quiet site close to the centre or park and rides. Site surrounded by trees!

不喜欢 toilets / showers. 3 male and 4 female. They were also fairly cold even given the time of year.

喜欢 A little gem of a sight just a 5 minute drive to York town centre
Clean toilets and shower block
Well maintained grounds
Small park for the kids and giant connect 4 game
Quite site with plenty of space between vans we will be booking again
Hard standing fully serviced pitch

喜欢 Convenient for Park & Ride into York

不喜欢 On arrival, visually the site was disappointing having the appearance of neglect - many pitches large weeds. This could easily have been addressed when pitches were vacant - the site never appeared very busy with low occupancy.
We were on Pitch 27 which was right opposite the children's play area - although there was a sign stating children should be supervised, we never saw parents there.
Too many dogs were not on leads when being walked. The couple next to us had a dog where its lead was tethered to a stake but it was that long it was often at the steps of our caravan - we told the couple and they parked their motorhome the opposite way which remedied the problem.
The 'facilities' block was acceptable but looked very tired in places - even many loose slabs around the approach.
No WiFi.

We do ask, and as the sign states, that children should be supervised and also ask that dogs are kept on a lead.
Unfortunately, due to your last minute request to add an additional night the pitch you were assigned was close to the play area as the only fully serviced pitch left available, previously you were allocated a pitch away from the play area.
We do also advise that we do not have Wifi

喜欢 Friendly site in a good location handy for the shopping centre and park n ride to get into York...Nice and quiet will return 😁

不喜欢 Flashing light behind but was fixed almost immediately once notified about it and lights going off too quickly in showers...could do with time extended if possible....all good though and always clean
missed wifi too really 👍
