喜欢 Great, quiet little site, safe for my grandsons to run around in, close to Ipswich, we did Jimmy's farm and the Transport museum.

不喜欢 The bar on the gate was quite heavy for an old gal like me to lift up.

不喜欢 We didn't get the code, not even after we rang both numbers given in the booking. Which were not answered...
We had luck there was somebody who had to go through.
The site was okay, but there was a very noisy family, shouting and swearing to each other and the children.
So we decided to leave straight away on te day of arrival and booked us a hotelroom in Ipswich.

喜欢 Lovely peaceful campsite you have to be self sufficient as there are no facilities. It was very quiet on our 2 night stay.

不喜欢 Not the campsites fault but we was attending a show are trinity park , but the gate opposite is not in use so it was a good 15min walk round to the main entrance.

喜欢 I can't comment on this campsite as we chose not to stay in the end. We had booked tickets for the Halo Festival and intended to stay overnight but unfortunately we couldn't see how we could enter the Festival from Bucklesham Road, so we thought that the walk to the entrances from the campsite would be a long way. Maybe if the gate on Bucklesham road had been open things would be different.

来自经理: Good afternoon, sorry you choose not to stay with us, we do say in the confirmation text sent out that the site is not part of the main showground, if there would have been access from Bucklesham Road then the security of the event would have been compromised. If you would have contacted us we would have directed you from the site to a near by public footpath, which would have taken you to the main entrance of the concert, a 10-15 minute walk.

喜欢 We drove down from Rushden which was easy and direct off the A14.
When we found the site it looked beautiful with great surroundings and circled by hedges and trees. Perfect to get back to nature and for us what the Dr ordered. It was made clear there were no facilities so we came prepared. The grass was kept low and generally even.

不喜欢 Unfortunately we found ourselves at the wrong site, settling on what we later found out was part of the main Trinity park.
The issue was resolved without fuss and didn’t mar our stay.

The actual site is on Bucklesham Road a short distance after leaving the village of Foxhall. The gate is back from the road and there is a sign on a metal fence but easily missed going away from the village.
You enter the site through a locked gate and is on the right side. Unfortunately the board indicating this had come off the post and lying face down so not visible.

There was a large wheelie bin for rubbish and a water tap.
I don’t know when bin collections are but the bin was completely full!

I would recommend using what3words to help locate it.The words are // incisions,alarming,ritual.

Also you’ll find it’s on the right side of the road a short distance from the village just after the croquet club. The showground is opposite.

喜欢 Fab site nice and roomy , excellent wild feel. Countryside & wildlife were excellent.

喜欢 Level site spacious, only one other user in a tent when we visited.
Huge grass field , probably 40:acres adjacent for the dogs to run in when golfers not using it for driving practice. From the other side of the field access to Poppies Farm from there we went on part of the Sandlings Walk which took us on a stunning walk through Brookhill wood we chose a round route 2.5 miles.
Ideal for dogs

喜欢 A lovely large open space no nonsence campsite. As long as you are self sufficient you are in for a loveley peacful stay.

不喜欢 ahrd to find. Need a sign or two as you approach and at the entrance. If you blink you miss it.

喜欢 Nice sized field, only 1 other camper there. Lovely views & very peaceful. Will be returning! The Festival of Wheels was on across the road so was nice to have some music the whole evening.
