喜欢 Friendly staff, everything was relaxed and easy to find loved that it had showers and toilets onsite. Could get signal and internet which was a bonus for the kids. Pitches were clearly marked and mostly level. Will definitely be visiting again.

喜欢 Peace and quiet, good showers ( need token costing 50p but plant tone for a shower around 6mins) two nice fishing lakes to walk around.

不喜欢 Not sure why key issued to use toilets and shower block, but not a problem. Toilets very clean.

喜欢 Very well kept site, all the facilities were clean and accessible. Nice big level pitches. Staff are really welcoming and helpful. Good location for walking we enjoyed a nice walk up the Malvern hills.

喜欢 Easy access ,Clean,tidy quiet site with lovely lady in charge.
All pitches on the level. 4pm. Check out is exceptional
Very informal and well maintained and laid out.Wash rooms spotless.
2 very easy fishing lakes within 50 mtrs.
2 Great local pubs for food & ales

不喜欢 Long way from any shops for food .
Had to remember to take key each toilet visit.
Minimal rain cover in dishwasher area.

喜欢 Good maintenand place with plenty drink water spots clean and nice toilet/shower area., fishing possible on 2 small and peaceful ponds.

不喜欢 We wish the site would more suitable for families...Any cycling,or children games are prohibited. Basically nothing to do for children outdoor...
Definitely The site looks more like camping, caravaning site for seniors..
Haven't seen to many families 😕
If You looking for camping with kids wouldn't recommend....
Also fishing it's no so expensive 5£ per rrod
.but.You ihave pay for any rod in use (will be nice to allow Young children play for free and improve fishing skillls
Be prapare With ekstra coins in Your pockets....(Needs some deposits)...

The magnificent rooms of 19th-century Eastnor Castle (10 minutes’ drive) are hung with enormous chandeliers and adorned with portraits, rich tapestries and decorative objects. Herds of red deer inhabit the surrounding grounds, which also host medieval re-enactments, firework displays and other events. Stretching along the banks of the Severn, Worcester (half an hour) has a splendid 11th-century cathedral with a Gothic nave and colourful stained-glass windows. You can learn all about the city’s production of porcelain in the Museum of Royal Worcester, while the Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum has displays on the renowned local sauce. The cathedral in Gloucester (half an hour) is famed for its connection to Harry Potter (several film scenes were shot in the elegant cloister). The city, which is England’s most inland port, is also worth a visit for its Victorian docks, where former warehouses now shelter independent shops, lively cafes and institutions like the National Waterways Museum.

如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
禁止在干燥、多风和/或炎热的天气条件下生火、烧烤和/或烧篝火。
禁止在湖里游泳。
禁止携带枪支。

接待处

从10:30:00到19:00:00，接待处上班时间为01/03到29/10。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗狗纹身或植入芯片。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

来宾必须在接待处登记并支付相应费用。

车辆

只有在您驾驶旅行大篷车出行或带帐篷时，车费才包括在房费中。如果您希望在房车或野营车之外再驾驶一辆车，请选择附加项。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
