喜欢: The fact plenty of space. Could go either side m, either by the lake or the other side. Plenty of toilets. Farm animals to pet. Lovely farm shop selling food drinks fresh milk and milkshakes wood bbq bits eggs etc.

喜欢: We loved the location of the farm which is situated in a walking distance to a pub or a beautiful park and lake ( Tittesworth Water).Toilets are clean.
The farm itself was lovely, the owners friendly and helpful. Their ice cream is a must try, so delicious and generous portion!

喜欢: The surroundings were nice, lots of space, no real issues, toilets were portloos but very clean and nothing like a festival so cannot be faulted. Near the roaches and easy access to Bakewell and various little towns.

喜欢: As I live in Stoke this site is a stones throw from home yet with scenic views could be a 100 miles away. When you arrive at check in(situated inside the farm shop) you set up wherever you like on one of the 2 fields available.the field by the pond is lovely with a clear view of the roaches in the back drop.there are 2 toilets by the front of the pond well stocked with loo roll and dishwashing facilities/water collection point at the entrance end to the field.its a mixed bag of people who camp here from the solo camper to groups , campfires are allowed providing they are off the floor and fire pits and kindling/ logs are well stocked and are available inside the shop. I have been here on a number of occasions and found it to be very peaceful and will continue to do so. It's been a couple of years since I was here last and a new addition is the milkshake bar and ice cream bar which makes total sense given they are a working dairy farm ( yes you will hear the cockerel and cows mooing) which to me gives it an element of authenticity. If you fancy a Sunday roast or something different than fireside cooking try the pub 2 mins drive away Leek town is also very close by car and tittersworth reservoir is very close too. On site shop has plenty to offer local jams/honeys etc fresh vegetables and general groceries. Seriously good campsite and very reasonably priced.

喜欢: lovely semi wild camp with fab views of the roaches , hen cloud. location is perfect for visiting many places and leek town is just down the road , it has washing up sinks . drinking water and toilets. we only use the water tap. wash dishes at tent easy enough boil a pan of water then add some cold and some washing up liquid , also take own camping loo. it's easy enough to be self sufficient. if the site added all kinds of luxuries it will no longer be a semi wild camp snd therfore wouldn't appeal to us. plz don't change a thing .

不喜欢: maybe the wind at times it can get gusty ! but it's open on high ground so its to be expected.
