喜欢 A nice flat pitch. Facilities were very clean and grounds well kept. Friendly and helpful wardens. Good location for Sherwood Forest and other tourist attractions. Though the site was full I had a spacious pitch and did not feel overwhelmed with noisy families.

不喜欢 The site would benefit from a couple more showers and perhaps a camping essentials shop on site. I would have liked to be able to walk to the lake but this was for residents only. The website advertises a small library and freezer block facilities but this was locked up.

来自经理: Hi Gail, thank you for your review, just to let you know, should you book another stay with us, the lake is open to the public, and for fishing, we just ask on the rules for people not to wander around the holiday homes willy nilly and for children not to play around them.
There are some benches around the lake for people to sit on and relax.
The Library and Freezer shed now operates on a key deposit system, as some campers were leaving the fridge and bookshelves dirty and untidy.
A £10.00 deposit is now charged for a key for the length of the stay and is returned to the customer after checking things have been left clean and tidy, these are available from the office @ number 16.
If ever in doubt of anything, please always ask either myself or Mick and we will be happy to help.

喜欢 Was a really lovely campsite. So clean. Plenty of facilities. Play park was right next to our pitch which was great for the kids. Overall lovely, calm atmosphere. Plenty in the local community to do within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

喜欢 We absolutely love this place! This time we stayed in a tent normally caravan and can say we enjoyed it more! Toilets always clean and the staff are always friendly! My little boy loves playing on the park and meeting new friends! My husband loves the fishing lake until I go up and catch more fish than him 😳🤣 I have nothing to complain about!

不喜欢 The bumps going into the sight of I had to be really picky! 😜

喜欢 Lovely little site, very close to shops and takeaways. The owners are lovely and welcoming and show you to your plot. Facilities are nice and clean. Includes two toilets and a shower in the ladies.

不喜欢 You’re not able to walk very far due to the private areas of static caravans. But it was nice enough to stay near my tent.

喜欢 Meet and greet. Washing up area clean and tidy.

不喜欢 One shower between all site. Ladies.
On looking around our pitch there was a lot of doggy poo.
It states that you should keep dog on leash at all times. This maybe needs to be adhere to the residents who permanently live there as I saw a boxer brown,white. Pooping on the gravel opposite our stay,this was not picked up. Cars to fast if a child runs out.
