喜欢 Excellent location and easy to book. Spacious hard standing pitch close to the facilities. We ate in the pub in the evening and the food was excellent and we received a warm welcome. The following morning we had a full cooked breakfast at the cafe opposite which also was excellent

喜欢 Everything another first class stay at the Red Lion this is a great place to stay nxt to aviation centre close to Skegness and Mablethorpe. This is a family friendly site the owners work very hard to make your stay enjoyable please ignore the negative comments regarding cleanliness of facilities the owners clean the shower and toilet blocks daily there is a mop bucket and a tub of disinfectant available to mop the floor after use the only reason the toilets are dirty is down to other user's not cleaning up after themselves .pub and food fantastic thanks for another great stay . We will be back

喜欢 Spacious pitches, with loads of room. Toilets and showers good and loads of hot water. Communication excellent. Pub lovely with great food - even served slightly after the kitchen was closed. Lovely and quiet. Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Would happily stay again!

不喜欢 Code on toilet block to enter, Lit all the way upto the toilet block but no light near the door to enter the code, No hot water at the pot washing facilities, no toilet roll in the toilet blocks, people with dogs allowing them to wee on your tent in particular around your head whilst sleeping and poo outside the tent door multiple times without picking it up.

There are lights above each door of the toilet block I will check these are operating but no mention again that they were not,

The hot water at the sink is operating correctly as I have checked this,


Reviews like this are really not nesacary has we been approached or contacted this could have all been avoided my number is every were on site for any issues

喜欢 This is a great site well organised all information done through a app the site itself is well laid out entrance through barrier so you feel safe . The pitches are large and spacious toilet and shower block was very clean the pub is a added bonus the owners and the locals make you feel welcome and the food is fantastic the portions are really good you won't go hungry overall a great find will definitely be back thanks for a great stay .

喜欢 Good location. Pub on site was friendly and great selection of food. Easy access to the site with clear instructions.

不喜欢 Disappointed with the caravan itself for a number of reasons. None of which have anything to do with the site itself, or the pub on site, as these were great.
The caravan we stayed in was dirty upon arrival, and freezing cold. There was a plug in heater which was making a noise that sounded like it was about to blow up! There were no towels available even though it was clearly stated that these were provided, so we had to go out and buy some. The cutlery was literally falling apart whenever it was used. The handles fall off whenever you use or wash them. The fire alarm was consistently going off (even when nothing was being cooked). One occasion was 4am, which woke the whole caravan including our 2 small children. The oven wasn’t fit for purpose, it just smoked when switched on and didn’t cook food. None of the doors in the caravan closed properly, they had to be slammed shut (but then subsequently wouldn’t open afterwards). Towards the end of our trip we had a power cut, to which we called the owner who said this would be sorted immediately. The power came back on, but we had zero communication with the owner or electrician after this. We later realised that the heating and hot water wasn’t working, but we couldn’t speak to anyone at this time because it was the middle of the night. We got up and left the next day in -1 degrees with 2 small children. When I spoke to the owner to let them know about this I was responded with “thanks for letting me know” - no apology or way of compensating us in any way. I have since tried to contact the owner 4 times to speak about our concerns, and I am getting no communication back. I wanted to discuss the trip so that we could resolve without a complaint, but I am now getting ignored. Would not recommend static 1 on this site. I would like to reiterate that this is no way a reflection on the site itself or the pub on site.

来自经理: Hi Thankyou for the review, as the site owner I can only appologies to your stay I’m afriad that we do not manage or maintain the Staitcs in anyway and all falls on the owner as was there choice, we are only contracted to advertise these units, the only thing I can say in response is I did come and see you after resetting the electrical trip which was found to be overload on part of Staitc 4 having to much on, I also returned your dog which I found roaming outside, on all other aspects and the lack of communication from the owner of the statics I can only apologies while obviously not my place to and these issues should have been addressed it is a shame as it then does not represent the site as a whole and pulls us down as the site owners instead which is not what we wanted as we work very hard to maintain the rest of the campsite extrmely well it’s just unfortunate that we don’t have anything to do with the statics, thanks again I will pass this to the owner you have my word thanks

喜欢 The setup of the van was really good the lounge was brilliant with lots of room.
With two bathrooms one just a toilet and other with a good shower in it.
Beds were comfortable and all the sheets (quilts covers) were clean and in good condition.
We went in December so needed the heating on this was also good at keeping you lovely and warm.

不喜欢 It could do with a new large frying pan I had to give it a really good clean but even the it was not useable. Also the gas bottle ran out at midnight on one night and was too late to call the owner so that night was bloody freezing, but once informed he was there in 30 minutes.
The treads up to the decking are very small and steep which made it a bit difficult for people of a certain age.

喜欢 The static caravan was spacious very clean and as advertised the pub is very friendly and the food is excellent Chris and Tess are very accommodating and can't do too much for you

喜欢 Good position on the site, easy access to the facilities. Being close to The Red Lion was an advantage, they serve good food at reasonable prices and Chris is very welcoming.
