喜欢 The facilities were excellent and the serviced pitches were great.

不喜欢 We had no electricity from midnight on Saturday until we left on Sunday and the emergency telephone number wasn’t working despite phoning many times plus you cannot leave a message on the main number.

喜欢 Excellent. Been here with the caravan 5 times now. V v clean and immaculate toilet block. Great bar called Basgers Barn. Will return :)

不喜欢 No improvement except should have a security barrier at the entance

喜欢 Straight forward check-in. The site, our accommodation and the toilet facilities were very clean. The site has a nice, casual restaurant for an evening meal and cafe for breakfast. Ideal for families and couples alike. The whole site is set in nice surroundings.

不喜欢 A better defined pathway to the restaurant, shop, cafe and amusements. To be fair, it was dark, stormy and big puddles had formed in front of the caravan sales making it difficult to see the undulations in the dark as people walked past.

喜欢 We love this site, have stayed a number of times before and will continue to do so. The pitches are a great size, toilets always clean, the staff are wonderful, great facilities (although we do wish they had a swimming pool)

不喜欢 The food this time was AWFUL completely inedible. We never usually complain anywhere, but we had to as it was unbelievable what was served. However, we were refunded without question by the lovely bar staff

喜欢 POD was warm & cosy & plenty big enough for the two of us. Shower facilities were spotless. All staff were friendly & welcoming….especially a lovely lady called Louise who seemed to pop up everywhere with a big smile & cheery hello ❤️

不喜欢 Didn’t catch any fish so went to another local lake so not to disappoint my son on his birthday weekend.

喜欢 Perfect site and large pitch area , toilets and showers were excellent and warm .

喜欢 Reception was friendly on arrival and provided a map and showed ne where all areas are to go to.
Was greeted when we arrived in out spot by a lovely lady in hi viz. She explained how to use electric and water point and where showers and toilets were.

Was a clean site, playground was clean too. Showers and toilets quiet and clean.

Amusements we're well looked after and daughter enjoyed spending in here.
We had hot snack dishes at bar area and drinks were good.

Service was quick, but wasnt really busy. We sat in the family booths and watched football was comfy and cozy.

Also popped into shop which was well stocked with essentials.
Lots of birds on site, if you don't like geese don't come! They never came near us and stated far away from where busy areas were.

不喜欢 Nothing was good.

喜欢 The pitch was massive for a VW campervan
Clubhouse was amazing but not sure wether it would be bigger enough for peak season
But we went on a quiet time and the entertainment person done very well for how little people were there
Shower and blocks nice and clean

不喜欢 The spar shop on site could have been opened longer as if you turn up late you wouldn't be able to get anything
