喜欢 Clean site , cut grass on pitches , clean toilets & showers . Bbq & pizza facility that anyone can use . Andy was a top man , even offered to drop us to the local pub as my wife is disabled. We will be returning!!! Thanks Andy & Tom

喜欢 The campsite is set in a lovely part of Derbyshire, we walked to a lovely pub where the meal was 1st class and took a walk along the canal.
The facilities on site were very clean and luckily close to where we had pitched. Plenty of space to walk the dogs.
What really made our stay lovely was the greeting we received from Andy when we arrived and that friendly nature continued for the whole of our stay. Because we went from Mon to Fri the site had hardly any campers so it was relatively quiet. We will return later in the year when its not in a heatwave.
不喜欢 The noise from the trains, planes and the A50 was disturbing the first night but you soon got used to it. We loved the planes as we are avid plane spotters although a couple of them were very low.

喜欢 Lovely peaceful campsite! The owners were friendly and welcoming.
Loads of space in the non-electric field for games etc.
Good location for walks and nearby pubs.

Great campsite with lots of space and fairly flat.

喜欢 Plenty of space in the field for non electric pitches. It was very close to a good pub where we had dinner. The showers were very good.
不喜欢 I suppose if it was very busy (it wasn't) then I think there were only two showers, but not a big deal.

The pitches were a great size…

喜欢 The pitches were a great size and quite level unlike other campsites. It was quiet and peaceful. The toilet blocks were very clean and the pot washing room. There’s bbq and pizza oven on site and restaurant 5 minutes down the road alongside a canal and lock which our kids enjoyed. The sites in a great location with an Asda only a 5 minutes drive away. Will be definitely going back.
不喜欢 Nothing to dislike about four oaks at all.
The restaurant 5 minutes away is very “posh” so we felt severely underdressed in T-shirt and jeans.
