Owner came and brought us fire wood last minute which was amazing.

喜欢 Lovely spacious field - beautiful setting in the peaks with hilly views and mam tor in the distance. Would absolutely return, this is a real gem.
Very clean toilet block well stocked with toilet roll, hand soap and mirrors.
Pot washing area near the toilets with two sinks (cold water only) included washing up liquid and soap.
The honesty box was a great touch, stocked with snacks and drinks which the kids loved.
Fire pit available for hire (wood included in price), there were a couple of picnic benches also dotted about which people would lift over to their tent (not sure if a charge for this or not - looked to be free). Lovely vibe on the campsite, friendly owners checked in on us just after arrival and before leaving. Ice cream van called on site both nights around 8pm. Plenty of space in the middle of the field to kick a ball around.
Local pub the Blind Bull just over the stile and down the field was a 5 min walk and really nice.
Bradwell village a 5 min drive away had 3 pubs and a great playground for the kids.

喜欢 Beautiful views, and well run campsite. Had a lovely relaxing few days. Good toilets and pot washing facilities.
不喜欢 We of course knew going when booking that there were no showers, but with the quality of the other facilities I feel they would continually benefit from the addition of showers.

喜欢 Great site. No fuss, very basic but did it very well. Jade was brilliant. Sent a text a few days before . a nice touch. Havnt come across that before. Pub was great and within walking distance. Very clean toilets. And a nice surprise to see a honesty box
