喜欢 Lovely welcome and we got to feed the baby lambs in the afternoon, local pub just over the field was really lovely.

喜欢 The scenery, the promptness of the owner to answer the phone upon arrival (as there is no reception/admin), the clean portaloo (with topped up flush and hand sanitiser) and the sink facilities. It wasn't too busy. It's a lovely site and well worth revisiting. As someone who wanted a simple stay I found the facilities available to be good for 1-2 night stays.

不喜欢 Lack of flat space for roof tents. I believe lack of flat space was mentioned on the website - there's not much the site owners can do about this I would just like to make other campers aware there's only about 3-4 places the entire site where you could get flat or sort-of-flat for a roof tent. We weren't sure if the sink water was suitable for drinking so signage to let people know would be great.

喜欢 Absolutely amazing views and a lovely quiet campsite. Much of it is sloped, but there are flat spots to be found. Toilets were basic but the cleanest portaloos I've ever seen, stocked with plenty of good-quality toilet paper!

不喜欢 We didn't read about the lambs until after we'd left - will have to come back another time!

喜欢 The space is really nice! open and beautiful also super easy to find as Apple Maps took me straight to the gate!

Condition of the grounds is as good as you could expect with short clean (litter free) grass and the toilets was a massive plus as they was spotless with plenty of loo roll, you don’t usually expect that with portaloo’s but they are clearly well taken care of.
