喜欢 Nice Spot with a Great view.
Realy polite and helpful people.

We arrived later than planned, was no problem.

The toilets and Washbasins are rather rustic, nur everything was clean and good to use.

不喜欢 Only Dixies and no Showers (BUT as it was seen in the pictures).

喜欢 Stunning views of the peak district, close to Buxton and a Pub within 15 mins walking distance. Camp owner very friendly and helpful on the phone when locating the campsite.

不喜欢 Very noisy at night, some campers not abiding to the noise rules after 10pm. Very busy during stay but was school holidays. Due to a lot of campers on site maybe more than 2 portaloos or a trailer toilet block?

喜欢 I stayed at Newlands Farm for two nights last weekend and loved it. The site has an amazing view, is wonderfully quiet, and perfectly located for exploring the Peak District. A peaceful, scenic escape – I’ll definitely be back!

喜欢 Stunning views! The owner’s were really friendly and welcoming. Portaloos were cleaned Friday just after we arrived w plenty of toilet roll so no complaints there. Big thanks to Steve for getting us the wood for our fire :)

喜欢 Staff are very nice. Site was very clean with toilet paper, hand wash and I believe washing up liquid too. Sights are beautiful making it a lovely night

不喜欢 No flat areas as its all on a hill. This made sleeping very uncomfortable

喜欢 I was only there for one night on a motorbike. The campsite was Clean and peaceful, owners very welcoming, I knew it was basic with toilet and washing facility’s but they were kept clean. A lovely pub 5 minutes walk away. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I will be back

当地景点

The village of Eyam (10 minutes’ drive) is famed for its willingness to self-quarantine at the start of the 1665 plague epidemic. A museum has many exhibits documenting life, illness and death from that time, as well as a collection of local fossils and prehistoric artifacts – from flint tools, to pottery shards. A stately mansion overlooking the River Derwent, Chatsworth House (25 minutes) dates from the late 17th century. Its interiors are predictably spectacular, with highlights including the Painted Hall, with a grand staircase and a gallery with gilded balconies. As well as a rose garden and areas of woodland, the grounds have a maze and a playground. Fishing, cycling and watersports are just some of the activities at Derwent Reservoir (25 minutes). A walking trail skirts the water between the Derwent Dam and the Howden Dam, leading past scenic viewpoints of the lake.
