Tyckte om Site clean and tidy, loved the cows. Clear instructions on entry how to find your pitch. We had hard standing pitch which was s good size that had its own water and electric. Didn’t use the toilet block so can’t comment on its cleanliness but if it is kept the same as the site it will be clean. Short walk to the pub and a shop that appears to sell everything.

Tyckte om Ideal for a peaceful get away with beautiful views and fantastic walks on your doorstep. Perfect location for walks to Ashbourne and Dove Dale. There was a small amount or road noise, mainly from farm vehicles but not enough to bother us. The site is well kept and the hard standing pitches are level and spacious. There is a water point, waste disposal and plenty of bins. Stephanie was very welcoming and provided us with local information and directions. The site is on a working farm and the fields next door were full of lambs and calves which was lovely to see. The Old dog pub is a short walk across the fields, a welcome stop off on our walk back from Ashbourne. Word of warning if you have a portly Lab like us, some of the styles/gateways are too narrow for the dog to squeeze through so we had to lift him over. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we cant wait to come back.

Tyckte om Lovely quiet site with spectacular views and nice walks round about. If you want a place to get away from it all this is it. The site is kept nicely and the toilets are pristine. Lorraine, the owner is very friendly and helpful. We received a very warm welcome from her and her puppy Beau. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will most definitely be back. Thank you.

Tyckte om Lovely quiet site with fantastic views. Nice walks nearby and the beautiful Dovedale is a short drive away. Pub (Royal Oak) serving good food within walking distance. We would also recommend the Bowling Green in Ashbourne if you want a great steak. The pitches are round the edge of the field so we had plenty of room to play games with our Grand-daughter who absolutely loved it. We were lucky enough to have warm sunny weather an enjoyed relaxing in this peaceful setting with just the sounds of nature and the chimes of the village church bells which we found charming. Thoroughly enjoyable stay thank you.
