Tyckte om Setting was fantastic. Host Vera very welcoming and explained everything to us. Walk to the beach and into the village, part of English coastal walk.

Tyckte inte om WiFi struggles, however, that's the compromise when it comes to such a peaceful area.

Tyckte om Away from it all. We had a great two nights here. Host Alison was lovely, helping us with our bags and showing us everything around to ensure we had a great stay. Had a problem with the water pump, but Alison ensured we had plenty of water and compensated us. Can't fault her hospitality. The area is alone and means kids can run round to their hearts content without worry. Must also recommend the Cherry Pie Inn a few minutes drive away. Cracking pub!

Tyckte inte om The walk to the Hideaway was through a very muddy path that the cows were migrated over. Ensure you take your wellies! I was very fortunate the second morning to get a lift through it on the qaud by the kind farmer who was passing. Can't thank her enough! The others went the other way back to the main road, where I went and picked them up. Alison mentioned making the bell tent into a seating area, I think this would be a fab idea. We lit the fire in the evening, but alk the seating was wet, as it had been raining. The site can not control the weather though and it certainly didn't dampen our spirits!

Tyckte inte om Absolutely nothing!! Just got back from THEEEE BEST weekend here. Everything was perfect. Beautiful secluded setting. All the amenities you could need, including comfortable beds and a perfect space for cooking. Great spot for our family gathering. Loved the stream for paddling too. So much land meant freedom for the dog and young son to play! Thank you for this fantastic set up. We WILL be back..... From Lou, Jacob, Ailsa, Christine and Max the dog ☺️☺️☺️

Tyckte om Great location, close to Rhyl and Prestatyn. The waterfall a must see for 50p..... Fabulous quirky feel to the site. Cafe reasonably priced and food delicious.

Från föreståndaren: We are so glad you enjoyed your short stay and hope you and the boys can visit longer next time (bigger swing should be in place by then:) Yes our site is quirky and homely just as we like it, so everyone feels part of a large family joining in together the children playing and in turn grown ups mixing & talking. Tyckte om Play area for kids. My son loved the farm animals especially the dogs. Great spot off grid.

Tyckte inte om Shower cubicle. Although these were very clean and maintained, the cubicle was too small for changing in, with only one hook on the door. May benefit from a shelf or rail in the cubicle. Will take a towelling robe next time so can get changed at accommodation or in a dry cubicle.
