Tyckte om Great facilities with really super yurt, kitchen, hot tub and allocated bathroom in shared block. Small site with just three pitches.

Tyckte om Beautiful sea views and right on the South Dorset Ridgeway walk. Loads of families and great fun for kids to range freely across the site. Good food available from the cafe/bar (recommend avocado and bacon on sourdough!). The electric showers were super. The site is well staffed and the loos and showers were cleaned frequently.

Tyckte inte om Not disliked as such, but as the site is on a hillside the pitches are sloping and exposed to the wind - we should have considered that a bit more when deciding what direction to pitch in! A windbreak is a good addition to your kit if you are planning to cook at all.

Tyckte om Friendly site with all the basic facilities you need in a beautiful location. No WiFi or mobile signal so you can properly switch off. Take a book, chill out. Toilets and showers fine for us (we are all under 5ft 8, the taller folk seemed to manage too), plenty of freezer space for freezer packs and the system of allocating morning and afternoon peak shower slots worked to avoid queues (but fine to shower any time outside peak).

Tyckte inte om Not really disliked, but it really is remote from any shops or pubs etc and with no mobile signal we had to plan ahead to book places to eat, check weather forecasts and check out attraction websites while we were out (as things are a bit different this year due to COVID it was useful to be able to check things).
