Tyckte om Flat pitch. Not too packed on. Numbered pitches. Showers and toilets (clean & plain). Near beach (although steep hill). Flexible and friendly staff.

Tyckte inte om Showers push button that only lasted 3 seconds. No guidance with washing machine of how many £1 coins to put in to use.

I’d politely point out that inconsistency. Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you liked the level, spacious pitches, our location close to the beach, the cleanliness of the facilities and our friendly, flexible staff. We also appreciate your comments regarding the shower push buttons and washing machine instructions, which we will take on board. We were, however, very surprised to receive an overall score of 1 out of 10, particularly as the majority of your comments about your stay were positive and you stated that you would recommend us to a friend. We always welcome constructive feedback and continually look for ways to improve, but we do feel that a score of 1/10 does not fairly reflect the experience described in your review.
