Tyckte inte om Arrived late due to an issue with my vehicle and had to have a recovery mechanic resolve the issue. On arrival the pitch that had been allocated had been occupied. After reporting to security we were advised to pick any available pitch. Albeit we only stayed one night as we were only using this as a stop over. The toilets were dirty with no toilet rolls. Showers were dirty.

We have listened to our guests and have already made improvements. We have introduced new floor matting in our toilet and shower blocks to help keep the floors cleaner, and we have doubled our park team numbers to ensure our toilet and shower facilities are monitored, cleaned and maintained 24/7, while in peak season, we have also increased the replenishment of essential items such as toilet roll. We’re sorry these improvements were not in place during your visit, but we’re committed to continuing to raise our standards and improve the experience for our touring guests.
