We exchanged a dozen e-mails and even though the experience was exasperating for me I was always discounting your booking amount by the amount you had already paid to Pitchup (money that I don't get) as a favour and act of goodwill - and then you go and write this? You missed out on a great camping experience by your own dithering stupidity - don't blame anyone else other than yourself for mising out.
