Tyckte om Nice pitch with abit of shade,sadly it had been raining and ground very wet. The restaurant on site was clean and the food was amazing.

Tyckte inte om The showers are very dirty Mouldy shower doors and didn't look like they were cleaned while we were there. Taking the dogs out was a big issue for me as lots of stray wild dogs which were very imertating so could only walk round site.

Tyckte inte om Sorry to say we did not enjoy anything about this site!!!!!! Arrived Friday late afternoon staying until Monday, Yes the weather was a let down and not on our side, Booked in and got set up went over to the club house and asked the staff if there was a shop on site to they replied no) but it shops on their site it has a shop but nearest one was tesco down in Deal. The place looks very run down and weathered. Having a look around the site went into the shower blocks which had been cleaned and smelt fresh floors very slippery but biggest problem there is no HEATING in the shower blocks and i have to say it was freezing in there. Asked staff about if there was heating and they said no just the hot water but that is not good when you are getting dried in the cold. The Pitch itself was in just a field and the ground was so muddy caravans and campers were getting stuck where they were pulled out by the tractor. Sunday Morning we went to the club house to book for Sunday lunch to be told it was sold out we also asked if they cooked breakfast which was a NO once again, We ended going to the Plough which was amazing lovely little pub fantasic food and service. Got speaking to staff in their and was saying about we couldnt get to have a roast at the site which she replied oh it was sold out over a week ago to people who lived in the village as they had a band on.We find this really poor service as was not mentioned when we checked in. Can honestly say the worst site we have been too and wont entertain the Sutton Vale site again and would not recommend it either.

Tyckte inte om We disliked everything about this site Never have we stayed some where that is so unclean,disorganised and badly run, For a big company as Parkdean you would think it would be a perfect place to stay. But sadly from the moment we arrived it was terrible We were just told to pitch up where we wanted when plugging in the electic the power box was broken the door held on with gaffer tap Meaning a child could get into the sockets, Toilet blocks were discusting very unclean 5 toilets for the hole site,toilet paper was not refilled,tissue over the floors sanatry waste hanging out of the bins provided Which you dont want to see when going into a toilet. The soap was empty the ho,e time i was there floors not clean. WELL for the showers and shower block they just need ripping down a re built DISCUSTING never have we had to shower in such filth mould all over the ceilings down the walls tiles broken no shower curtains, Fittings hanging out the wall,ceiling vents black and full of mould got to say i felt dirter coming out of the shower then i went in. Walking round the site there was rubbish every where from plastic bags,food,childrens underwear in the roads dirty happys,waste bing were flowing over and not emptyed also in one area the was old matress and funriture. Ok how the club house and pool not enough staff around to clean tables they run out of glasses,toilets unclean and no one checking or cleaning them my partner went into the gents to be greeted by a pool of water that he had to walk through to have a pee he said the toilets were not clean and no toilet paper. We sat outside to have a drink and a fag and just looking around and noticed in tne outside pool area was a drain that had huge holes around it All we could think about is a small child catching there foot and breaking it in these holes.By now i think you have got my thoughts of this site glad to say we only spent 2 nights there and shall never return to a Parkdean site again. I have taken photos of the site which i shall be sending in a email to Parkdean.
