It’s great to hear you found us friendly and made use of the Wi-Fi too. We really appreciate your kind comments and hope to welcome you back again soon! 😊 Fiona and Paul

Tyckte om Great atmosphere. Highland cows and other animals in the next field. Cheap nightly rate. Dog friendly. Crossing the road to the toilet block wasnt an issue like some reviews said.

Tyckte inte om Only 2 toilets and 2 showers in the main block so often had queues. (Id recommend bringing a towel to stand on when getting out the shower as the floor was wet from others using). Field is sloping. Need hard pegs.

Tyckte om Its a small site, only 5 pitches. Facilities close to the pitch and clean. Hosts very friendly. Has washing up facilities with a fridge and freezer. Water tap on field. No issues with phone signal. Have EHU but didnt use. Was lovely listening to all the birds around. Close to Selby and shops.

Tyckte inte om No fault of the site but close to a main road and train line so can hear traffic and trains honking all hours (although does die down overnight) so wouldn't class as fully peaceful. Shared the site with others who all knew each other so they sat around the fire bit and bbq meaning we were unable to use it without intruding. They were also very noisy till the early hours.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re glad you found the facilities clean and well kept. Noise levels here can vary depending on wind direction, and while we’re near a road and a distant train line, trains don’t usually run overnight and most guests describe the site as peaceful. We’re sorry your stay coincided with a particularly lively group — this isn’t typical of the site, and we do ask all guests to follow quiet hours so everyone can enjoy a relaxing stay. We appreciate your comments and hope the rest of your trip was enjoyable.
