We're pleased you appreciated our location close to the sea, although we're sorry to hear that your stay didn't quite meet your expectations. We understand that road noise can be an issue for some guests, which is why we aim to be as transparent as possible about our location. Our Pitchup listing clearly states that we are situated between the A55 and the railway line, allowing guests to make an informed decision before booking. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the shower facilities. We always encourage guests to let our reception team know of any issues during their stay so that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve them promptly. Unfortunately, as nothing was brought to our attention at the time, we weren't given the chance to put things right for you. We were also disappointed to see the low ratings for cleanliness and customer service, as these are areas we take great pride in. Our team works extremely hard to maintain high standards throughout the park and provide a friendly, helpful service to all our guests. We appreciate that every park won't suit everyone's preferences, but we do value all feedback and will take your comments on board.
