Från föreståndaren: Good evening Mr Taylor, I have just received your review and I quite alarmed and trying to understand what has happened here, I’ve just been back through our Booking Diary and it’s clear you’ve made a booking and we’re arriving on the 28th Aug. I wonder could you give me some more details please so I may see what’s happened. Please by all means email me then if you wish we can also have a phone conversation. As I say I am quite keen to see what has upset you here . Thankyou Nikki and Chris
