Bonne continuation. Emilie -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are sorry, but we did not receive your calls—perhaps there was a mistake with the number? We always answer the phone or call back promptly; at the very least, we would have returned your call had we seen any missed calls... but there was nothing. I do have your phone number from your reservation, but none of the numbers in my missed call log match it. A sign at the reception desk indicates that you are welcome to set up on a pitch of your choice if we happen to be away. We are sorry you decided not to stay at our establishment; you would have had a much better impression. All the best, Emilie
