The gate is locked purely for the safety and security of all our guests, and, like every guest staying with us, you were provided with the gate combination on arrival so you could access the site whenever needed. During your stay, we were happy to move you to a different pitch after you told us you were unhappy with your original one. We also accommodated your request to leave the site one morning during our campsite quiet hours, despite this being outside our usual arrangements. We're sorry that the WiFi did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We always do our best to accommodate our guests wherever possible, and while we're disappointed that your experience did not meet your expectations, we appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best for your future travels.
