The hardstandings had weeds growing through and contained bits of plastic, glass, metal, plaster from walls. Arrived and with instructions to wait by the bottle bank. No-one came to us and we had to search out someone in pouring rain. She was apologetic. We got to hardstanding and she apologised again for the weeds and came back with gloves and jacket to weed the hard standing. The bottle bank was by a commercial bin which was overflowing. The static caravans added to the bleak and neglected appearance of the site. We didn't bother with the canopy or awning. Not the sort of place we wished to sit outside. We booked for five days and left after three having managed to get a far better place.
