Tyckte om Nestling right on the edge of Dartmoor, this campsite was peaceful and quiet, with fantastic views onto the moor, loads of space and genuinely fantastic showers. I was able to park next to my tent but moved it down to the parking overnight on Friday as I had a very early start the next morning and didn’t want to disturb anyone by starting my car at silly o’clock. The middle of the large camping field is gently sloping and the best and flattest areas are around the edges so no one tends to camp in the middle, which helps with the feeling of space. Friendly host who came for a chat on the Saturday evening and who is available on her mobile when she is working elsewhere on the farm. Will definitely return.
